Have you ever sung a birthday song and danced while serving a customer, for example? If that's all your customer service, then I am not conviced that you're the best in the food industry. To be the best, you need to go out of your way and stand out as a unique individual to please the customers.

You can sing while you serve food or when they're talking to you, just signal them to let them know you're listening.

That’s not professional customer service at all, we live on 2 different planets and you would not get far where I work trying to be like that. We are actually busy, we make almost 200k a month in sales.

This doesn't sound like the best customer service in the world to me, and the customer is always right.
