 I don’t steal tbh. It’s so rare. Stealing from a register would make one of my only available jobs unavailable.

This appears to be an example of the system working successfully, your fear of less available work is curbing your misbehavior risks.

I am efficient accurate nice and I do everything right. Idk what else customer service really is supposed to entail but on my last performance review customer service was noted as a strong point.

I know his opinion on his work though, he's made this more than clear in more than just this topic. Asking him would be redundant when he's otherwise made it perfectly clear how he feels about this, and has even further elaborated upon it. 

I also know I have an opinion of my own over how he is as a worker, complete with holes and theories that make it just that: An opinion. Are you really going to try to tell me you have no opinion forming in your head during this discussion whatsoever, because if so I'm calling you a liar.
