I got fired from McDonald’s for calling a customer a bitch to her face, spitting food in my bosses face, flicking off a manager, running into a manager with a pile of trays, eating food constantly, giving extra portions to customers consistently, coming in late every day and then the 9th time I left mid shift I got fired. I was being paid enough, I just wasn’t being paid decently, especially considering how much work I was doing. I made my salary in like 2 days of personal sales. Also was taking orders and money, almost 100% of the time if I was working there. I worked there for just over a year.

Who the fuck pays for McD with 100's? That's hilarious. Drug people?

When you’re consistently told it’s fine, it becomes more common.

It sounds like you're not the best at your work, if you got fired.
You might be the fastest, but it sounds like you should work on your customer service. A part of your pay comes from pleasing your customers. If you want to be the best cashier in the world, then customer satisfaction is important, and it sounds like you still have much to learn about how to satisfy your customers and your boss.

My customer service is almost perfect, what are you even talking about. I got fired and it was a disaster, but yeah I was playing like I couldn’t get fired and was wrong. I’m not like that at this job at all.

I don’t steal tbh. It’s so rare. Stealing from a register would make one of my only available jobs unavailable.
My customer service is almost perfect
What do you do to please your customers?

So what else do you do besides cut potatoes?
I’m the fastest cashier in the world. I’ll try to record something tomorrow, but you have to consider that we’re supposed to repeat orders and suggestive sell or else we miss out on bonuses. Every week there are 2 opportunities for bonuses from “secret shoppers”, where if you don’t follow an exact script as a cashier you pretty much won’t get the bonus consistently. Suggestive selling actually makes me faster, I’m weird about repeating orders. I’ve been a cashier for 5 of the last 6 years outside of twice when I got fired and 8 months in jail. And I was already very fucking good at it 5 years ago.
you truly are an inspiration to the every day working man

That's not really the best gauge in high turnover work, considering that rehires are fairly common normally. If they held onto him for that long while he was acting like this then they likely were desperate for workers.
I'd be focusing more on how he got fired rather than the fact he was fired at all, I mean look at that list of behaviors it'd be crazy if he was fireproof with manners like that.

He's actually proven in this topic so far to be pretty laid back and potentially affable in the face of inconsequential confrontation, rather than overtly aggressive or otherwise triggered. He still responds to the challenges, but he's not sperging like Slay was doing for example. When confronted with your vitriol he's replied with fairly laid back snark and technicalities, which to me seems pretty on par with your typical customer server who hasn't become too jaded to pay attention rather than an out of control worker.
Now the question is: How many of those behaviors that got him fired are still present within him today? He at least appears to have learned his lesson from having an actual consequence to look back on over it.
