That’s not professional customer service at all, we live on 2 different planets and you would not get far where I work trying to be like that. We are actually busy, we make almost 200k a month in sales.
If the customers like it, you would. In other words, you only do the bare minimum?
This doesn't sound like the best customer service in the world to me, and the customer is always right.
I’ve been asked to sing 1 time. Hail to the Redskins right before they changed their name. And I did it standing on one leg or something I can’t even remember. This shit was a big deal though around here. But really, that’s like once every 80 years and the customer is always right, unless they are demanding crispy fries. I do believe there are customers that aren’t worth having, but it is very very rare. I get the comment “appreciate you” like 12 times a day from customers. And thank you like 200 times a day from customers and quite a lot from staff.
