18 U.S. Code § 2074. False weather reports:
Whoever knowingly issues or publishes any counterfeit weather forecast or warning of weather conditions falsely representing such forecast or warning to have been issued or published by the Weather Bureau, United States Signal Service, or other branch of the Government service, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 795; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(G), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

This has some people really trying to figure who the mastermind behind the sharpie is.

How about when Trump refused to be corrected by weather men, instead insisting twice as hard that it'd still hit Alabama?

Show it then.

Here's the map he's basing his "Alabama" nonsense on in the video from an August 29th projection:

Notice how it lacks the sharpie marks and doesn't touch on Alabama? This was the best image he could find before the meeting, and for whatever reason he couldn't have it be a falsified photoshop copy in time... so he marked it with a sharpie

He took a 5-10% chance of tropical storm force winds as a "definite answer", then refused to drop it once he was corrected beyond eventually being pressured from "definite" to "could".

As for some sample Tweets of this drama...

Tangent: He can't seem to ever remember Category 5 hurricanes:

Check the dates at the top left.

All he had to do was admit to his mistake and go with the professionals, but instead he kept cherry picking old sources so that he could yell at the updates as "Fake News" until the wind proves itself. Check the Tweets dude, he defended old data for days and attacked others for not agreeing with him, refusing to update his anchored opinion because he'd already said it and he doesn't like to look wrong. Of course you'll see the word "could" and make an entire case out of it:

Notice that disclaimer? Donald certainly didn't when he used this to defend himself.

If he were less defensive and rendered bipartisan conspiratorial, none of this would even be an issue.

When he was wrong, he did not correct himself, he fought against the weather. Again, like both Alena and I have both said, if after he was shown to be wrong he'd chosen to not continue to spread hysteria over how he cannot accept being wrong, it would not have continued to this point of absurdity. He only amended his behaviors somewhat after the fact from clearly forgetting and defaulting onto a new foundation, and even then he was still trying to push how he was not mistaken.

Nope.

I'm looking at his tweets right now and he has been retweeting information from the NHC.

The original forecasts are listed in his twitter feed, He posted one on the 31st. THEN on September 1st, he retweeted the new forecast, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

You're welcome to show me where his updates aren't just shielding his ego against current accuracy.

But you believe he's arguing with the weatherman because CNN told you so. You're mentally enslaved dude.

...you really can't drop bipartisan programming, can you? It's not even letting you read what I'm saying, instead a convenient strawman to keep your fragile perspective afloat.

These kinds of points aren't even arguing with me, but with an idea you have of me.

If you want the truth, all you have to do is look.

You act like I don't follow him when I've clearly expressed otherwise.

So why doesn't he have an answer for why the black semicircle was sharpied onto his map?

Wasn't this one proven to be Photoshopped

I couldn't find conclusive evidence on that in the time it took to make that post, so I didn't include it.

I tried looking into it but it was just article text, and that's not enough to make a case within these constraints.

It also doesn't help that Trump's holding the NWS under his boot through it's federal agency, but it does seem to have James Spann becoming rather outspoken.

Wow, that contrast is very clearly enhanced and darkened.

Yeah so that should be 2 counts of falsifying weather reports right or does it still count as one?

18 U.S. Code § 2074. False weather reports:

This has some people really trying to figure who the mastermind behind the sharpie is.

It counts as too many, but he'll probably scapegoat it off on someone in the NWS or some adviser, the classic Trump delegation strategy that has his mistakes never actually feel like his own.

I can't imagine it going too well between him and James Spann, but it might just blow over or be a bunch of hot air.

Here is the source

The source said the same thing i said. It was too early to tell which way it would have went.

Also all of those images you're posting now can be found in Trump's tweets. Same source i mentioned earlier. The NHC.

Turncoat doesn't seem to grasp the fact Trump did report those very updates, and Alabama "WAS" potentially in danger. The thing is CNN wants to edit and report everything from September 1st which is obsolete forcasting even to Trump.

Also lol at Photoshopped images by bad Orange man.
