The left tends to go for higher than thou parody, while the right goes for appeal to emotion.
It's two different strats with the same endgame, but the left feeds elitism while the right feeds safety. When either are presented for their less intelligent displays, they both look pretty bad (ie: The Left with SNL).
ah yes both sides. I'm dislike both parties, but I understand that one is far more out of check and in power than the other
