Your childhood must have been pretty sad if you're this pushy about parents beating their kids.
You've ignored what I wrote in my first post here.
Nah I read it.

Again.

Laughter is often a form of coping, and I could find you plenty of examples of people who laugh at their pain as an unhealthy expression.
Yeah, a pretty fair amount. It's standard practice in my family. The beating I most vividly remember happened for something I didn't do. From that day on I lost what little respect for discipline that I had left.
This is exactly what I'm saying.
If the beating is over nothing, you will know it was over nothing even at that young of an age.
Being punished over nothing is abuse, and that will generate life long resentment.
.
.
For those of you who were beat for stupid reasons, carry resentment for that parent today. ( Not you Trypt, last time we spoke about this, you said your Brother wasn't beaten as a child, while we were talking about his lack of discipline.)
Again.

*Curless into the fetal position trembling*
I was spanked as a child ; ;
lol
Yeah do me a solid and help me TC. Bring the examples.
...you want examples of your own spankings..?
I mean, there's going into the forum spanking you into pseudo-phoenix revival metaphors (you did weird laugh-ish things during that too), but that's not the same as actual physical assault.
