No they shouldn't need a license for that. AI psychosis is not an official psychiatric classification. There's nothing wrong with making choices using AI. You selectively blame things, and then called me "whiny" for pointing out basic facts. You don't have an issue with wealth inequality, or the way that contributes to "suicide." You only have an issue with AI freeing people from relying on rich people and making people harder to exploit, because instead of seeking relations or advice from the exploitative model of society that you love, they can use AI instead.

But if the compute power from the data centers isn't evenly distributed, then technically there are always castes of those in which AI has disproportionately affected them and left them marginalized, powerless, and strategically disadvantaged. Chinese state-sponsored groups manipulated Claude Code into attempting intrusions against roughly 30 organizations, including tech firms, financial institutions, chemical manufacturers, and government agencies; thankfully it only succeded in a few. Israeli force's "Lavender" is used to target Gaza citizens. Microsoft claims to block 4 billion usd in fraud attempts in just a single year. AI is bad.

From the compass to the neural net and everything in between, we are no more enlightened than we were in the times of old. We are further from God than we have ever been and with each second growing further. Last month I became confused and prayed for saintly guidance of computational superpositions. I barely managed to regather myself by the dawn of morn.

You're confusing ownership with production. Capitalists own the companies and infrastructure, but workers develop, maintain, and operate the technology. Capital ownership doesn't mean capitalists personally produce what their companies provide.

And even if capitalists own the means of distributing AI, that doesn't contradict my argument that AI can reduce people's dependence on other exploitative services and institutions. You're treating ownership and utility as though they're interchangeable.

You also call my criticism "whining" while complaining about AI yourself. Apparently criticism only qualifies as whining when you disagree with it.

And I did state a fact: AI psychosis is not an officially recognized psychiatric diagnosis. That doesn't mean people cannot experience psychological harm involving AI. You're arguing against a claim I never made.
