You're very clearly full of shit scar if you already have a restraining order against someone and have spoken to the police like you claimed he would've automatically been arrested as breaching a restraining order is a CRIMIMAL OFFENCE. Any Australian who's ever actually had a restraining order against someone would know this. I don't know if you think the less informed Americans/Europeans of this forum wouldn't be able to pick up on the complete holes in your story or not but surprise bitch guess what here comes an Australian with an actual vro to ruin your fun.

How do you expect to prove that Shifty is damien to the police if you won't even believe it on here? Literally prove that it's not an elaborate troll to the police and see how that holds up in court.

 i think this was very clear. scar has not been exactly an angel and may not want the authorities involved. there was a hint of blackmail.

 Pretty sure menacing is a crime and again he's in violation of his restraining order. As for the things she did in the past those people would need to be brought up and testify against her and even that can be explained by the fact that she feared for her life and was coerced by her violent boyfriend at the time.  Hopefully that's what happened.

If she didn't want the authorities involved she wouldn't have sought for a restraining order, they don't just give them out willy nilly. At most if she is convicted she'll be maybe put in home detention but that seems so long ago and those people are probably dead or too far gone to make a difference.

Alright so I'm confused. Have you or have you guys not been to the police with this information? The guy is literally giving up a ton of information about himself and the very least they would do is hold her phone to monitor the threats and make sure she isn't making it up. 

Did they tell you you needed to prove without a doubt that its him? That sounds whackadoo since she's got a restraining order.

Everything is under control, I don't see the need to publicise certain information for the sake of extinguishing semi-collective scepticism but as far as screenshots go, yes it would have to be proven beyond reasonable doubt that is is damien, and he is well aware of that. That is also the reason why he's been going online to contact Scar. That's sad but it is how it is, Queensland is (one of) the most backward state(s) in Australia when it comes to defending women. The guy has been caught breaking the order several times but he's just been fined severely (probably still paying that off tho lol).

 i just dont trust her. her stories dont add up and in the past she would delete her whole half of our conversations when i would try to expose her by pretending i was a jerk like her and use that to play the victim. i dont trust her and i suspect compulsive lying as i always have.

That's alright, I know you mean well. However this is only the tip of the iceberg and only parts are being shown on SC. This has gone on for a long time and it's more intricate than a shitty troll. Sadly shifty really is damien and I have 0 doubt in my mind about that. But, your initial suspicion is warranted.
