I know it's the simpler answer, and with what you've shown me it does highly increase the odds, but as I keep mulling it over I still see a lot of things that cause me concern. It only proves that the person Shifty is based on is real until he's like, Facebook messaged or something I dunno. 

It's not fun at the moment, maybe it'll be fun when I can be more sure that he's real again. That's not your responsibility to do but it's where I'm coming from.

...my research overtime has made me increasingly dubious. Again I'm curious but this also means I'm getting all of this news about this at once, so there's no passage of time for me to gauge things on and a ton of details even in the public domain are still missing to me. 

The... thing CS was rambling on about... has me back to being more doubtful, as now I have a reason to think that she'd know how to keep a secret, and the inclination to do so has been shown. 

On top of that she'd have orchestrated the larp of the year to the point of absolute insanity for several months, imitating and simultaneously interacting with, the character of a grown man in the way that occurred here and on Discord.

Like I said, I have chatted to both of them. simultaneously in real-time. There is zero doubt in my mind that at least Scarlett is not pretending to be her dimwit of an ex. 

Sorry, I'd need to see it. This specific logic has been thrown at me before, and I've learned from it a stronger idea of what things you can and can't multibox. While the simpler answer is that it'd be two people I'm now beginning to enter the realm of uncommon ideas. 

All of this suspicion is based purely off of damien's utter incompetence and idiocy and regardless of how humorous I find that, it's unsettling to have Scar being considered of being this level of calculating, insane and manipulative. Its beyond scepticism at this point and I suspect you entertain it for the sake of intrigue, TC.

No actually the more I process this the more that a worst case scenario is starting to become of my concern. 

This stopped being about "lol look at the clown", at least for now, from, I dunno, solemn-ness and general pessimism coming from continuing to look into it and mull over theories for what it could all be adding up to. I know the answer is to wait and watch more data compile, but if that takes too long I don't know what the endgame is if it's a "scripted" problem instead of a legitimate one.

You do dislike her but your scepticism isn't invalid, I truly do get it otherwise I wouldn't address it in the first place. The truth of the matter however is that this guy is not used to actual discussion. He hangs around with imbeciles and drug addicts which does not take a genius to manipulate. I anticipated that he'd have a hard time here and that's why I lured him to SC, I was hoping that I'd be able to run him off of here again. Which worked thanks in large part to TC and Good and User, too. So that message got through, hah.

Yes the fun has been had at this point but trust me, you're a better conversational partner than Shifty so I'll gladly discuss with you this stuff than have infantile back and forths with him.

Yeah it's all at once for you but for me it all came through gradually and, naturally I suppose as far as these things go. I'll happily provide details if it means lifting the suspicion of Scar masterminding this.

Yes I told scarlett to ignore him on discord and I did the same which resulted in him leaving the encrypted environment of discord and get on SC which is kind of "my turf" in a way

 i think this was very clear. scar has not been exactly an angel and may not want the authorities involved. there was a hint of blackmail.

 Pretty sure menacing is a crime and again he's in violation of his restraining order. As for the things she did in the past those people would need to be brought up and testify against her and even that can be explained by the fact that she feared for her life and was coerced by her violent boyfriend at the time.  Hopefully that's what happened.

If she didn't want the authorities involved she wouldn't have sought for a restraining order, they don't just give them out willy nilly. At most if she is convicted she'll be maybe put in home detention but that seems so long ago and those people are probably dead or too far gone to make a difference.
