you can file for divorce without the consent of both parties if you have been separated for more than a year or if you have affidavits from mutual friends attesting to the irreparable breakdown of the marriage.

You see, that's the thing, and I want you to understand where it's coming from without me offending you. 

Shifty to me varies between how real he does and doesn't feel, and I don't know enough about you or your history to get a real baseline for your legitimacy (especially with the rumor mill following this). Some external details make me think the guy exists, but the "Shifty" account could be you on a puppet doing a classic game I've seen played on White Knights for a surprisingly long span of my life. I like Xad, as you have expressed as well, and I'd hate to think he's being put through some sort of long con as he doesn't need this shit in his life. 

If you were in my shoes I'm sure you'd be expressing similar levels of concern.

 tbh it seems a bit larpy to me too, but I was giving it the benefit of a doubt to see what would happen. Maybe scarlett is a catfish? It is what I have thought from the beginning but I dont know her well enough to be able to truly determine

There seems to be a general wind of suspicion about this dude's authenticity somewhat independently of each other. Earlier Peach referred to his display as seeming satirical, Spatial saw it like a movie script, Alena was willing to rejoin the website to ask questions, it's a growing concern.
