If they stop presenting as a threat, then attention will more easily be diverted from areas that still need coverage. It's a means to an end when we otherwise live in a society where Peace is Silence and Stagnation. We need a bit of noise if we want anything to change, and the internet's been proof of concept that it's effective.

It is a shame when emergency services cannot get where they want to go, but this is more of a problem with crowds in general. 

Within the 3 weeks of its existence Americans had to suffer crime rates akin to impoverished third world countries.

I think it makes sense that people figure they'd need to make some noise and disrupt the status quo to be heard.

The social climate is weather conditions. It's based on the time of year and the current events within a small span of time, so I think with the right narrative that any group can basically do anything now.

All I will say is that BLM's creators made it as a Marxist movement that only uses racism to make themselves hidden and look good.

Undoubtedly they will use this situation to become larger. The police in USA are fucking crazy too, but it doesn't make BLM's core less Marxist.

I feel like the use of the phrase "Marxist" is largely just to try to reduce their overall credibility as a group. It's a dramatic enough buzzword to get the blood flowing for those with more Nationalistic focuses, kinda like the phrase "Red Scare".

How you feel, doesn't change what the creators of the group are. They openly called themselves Marxist. Here is a nice podcast with good talking points on the subject:

The real problem is people not giving a fuck what they do and joining random groups not knowing what they are. The problem, as always, is people getting emotional and getting manipulated into anything.
