no. i only took physical suffering into account. 

part of me is inclined to say that the emotional consequences are roughly equal, but i do honestly have a feeling men would suffer more damage because of their supposed roles in society and how emasculating it would feel.

Well, let me ask you this... Do you agree that it's not about how the body responds or doesn't? Like if a man were to touch your nipple against your will, and your nipple responded to that touch by getting hard, would it no longer be a violation? Rape is not about how the body responds. It's about it being against your will.

A man raping a man up the butt is more painful than vaginal rape.

Not sure if that's more painful than childbirth, tho.

I've never had my ass raped, and it's not smthg people usually talk about.

Who would suffer more... A woman who is date raped or one that is raped by an unknown attacker?

I'm with xena on this one.  Trust is an abstract construct, and  psychological distress is in no way comparable with physical suffering.   

"Date rape"  is  not a rape but a matter of mutual misunderstanding.

It would depend on the level of trust breached with the date rape, and the amount of violence involved with each type of rape. Diseases, pregnancy and slutshaming after the fact would have to be considered, as well as the inner strength of the woman.

Some women get anally raped and slutshamed every day and call it 'escorting' or 'acting' with a laugh.

Some get raped once and are fucked up forever bc of it.

date raped, because it would skew her ability to trust people in the future and it would cause her to place even more blame on herself. she would think she should have known his intentions after spending so much time with him.
