Kind of like how people who come here hoping they'll turn out to be a sociopath keep changing the definition of it...

Quantum physics show something only humans can do.
When an experiment is done, using machines, and no human observes it, it shows one thing, but if exactly the same experiment and a human observes it, a different thing happens. This means that a human has some sort of special effect, while the machine doesn't.However, one day, maybe we can build machines that can have this effect as well. We need to first understand how this works.
I don't understand what you mean? Can you share an example of an experiment where the results were impacted just by being observed?
That's not exactly the way the quantum physics work. It's giving human beings too much credit for the "measurement problem" many think quantum mechanics suffers from. It's a lot more complicated and a lot less anthropic. But, I don't want to get into any more of that here. Suffice to say, it's not some de facto sort of magic humans possess that nothing else can. This discussion will quickly dive down the consciousness rabbit hole if we go in this direction.
"I have so many counter examples for the stuff said there. How is appearance entirely programmed from birth? What about tattoos, accidents and scars? Sun exposure, workout, food, all influence that."
Not entirely programmed from birth. You are comprised of DNA which structures your brain and the rest of your physiology. As the author of the video said, you do not choose what you are exposed to, or how it will affect you. Your physiology will react to what you are exposed to.
"How is a skill like being the fastest runner programmed from birth?"
Propensities toward being a fast runner exist in DNA, and can even be influence by androgens in the womb.
"The entire video ignores environment influence and social construct, it's ridiculous."
No, it merely states that personal development is a chain reaction with genetics and environment.
Here's something from Tom Campbell, who wrote the My Big TOE (Theory of Everything). It is essentially a consciousness-centered, simulation theory of sorts. Aside from that, he likes to use the double-slit experiment and its various incarnations to show how reality is information and how this, with consciousness, can explain a lot... Anyway, check it out if you are interested, or don't...
