I doubt you would recognize me, but that's a moot point and not the issue.
The relevance is this: It's much easier to misinterpret words on a screen than words spoken face to face.
If we were in the same room I'd be more accepting of an assessment of my emotional state from you bc you'd be watching my body language and listening to my tone of voice, etc.
People can pound out just about any pretty or gruesome fact or fiction on their keys and whatever goes through the reader's mind is as much the creation of the reader as the author

While it's true that an assessment in person is far more reliable, we don't have that option here. What we have is reactionary patterns and particular phrasing of other users. Nobody said it was as good as real life, but it's not nothing. You can learn a lot about a person through their writing, by reading the subtext and recognizing their patterns. If I'm wrong, so be it. But telling me that you're not upset because "I don't see your face" is no more convincing than arbitrarily reminding me over and over that I'm not a doctor. : P

You know I was one of those people, right? And that wasn't Luna on a tantrum.
Actually, this was one of the first symptoms of it. She wanted to change the name directly after the Kiwis tore her a new asshole. Her reasons posted for it were related to the once-misinformed insults that the forum received in favor of ignoring the very real insults that were thrown at her. When she felt thoroughly embarrassed, she decided to blame it on the forum as opposed to focusing on what she herself might have done wrong. Her posts on Kiwi were just... bad. She felt embarrassed to be associated with us, even if said embarrassment was a way to try to rationalize to herself why they'd insult her at all.
The name change was a Dexter idea, if Dexter's braggart screencaps are any indication.
I can think of only 2 people who have done more for this forum than I, and they are Luna (ironically) and Turncoat. Don't get cocky with me now.
I'm curious, what have you done for the forum? Being active as a user?

So of course when i tell you that you have no balls, you will tell me off and since you do not stop for a minute to think about yourself and gain some self-awareness, you will think that doing that is ballsy.
No, its actually avoiding conflict. All you do is shoot, not think/talk/understand. Everyone can shoot. But can you stand being wrong? Can you even entertain the idea? You have not shown that ability at all, not even once. It seems like you hide your ego behind that shotgun of yours. But some people have a bulletproof vest and your shotgun does nothing.
So when i tell you that you have no balls, you will just shoot and think its ballsy...
