I doubt you would recognize me, but that's a moot point and not the issue.

The relevance is this: It's much easier to misinterpret words on a screen than words spoken face to face.

If we were in the same room I'd be more accepting of an assessment of my emotional state (when you think I'm "triggering") bc you'd be watching my body language and listening to my tone of voice, etc.

People can pound out just about any pretty or gruesome fact or fiction on their keys and whatever goes through the reader's mind is as much the creation of the reader as the author

(unless the author is a bloody awful writer. lol)
