I am skeptical to this... but of course trying to find a means of measuring pain only shows me dols, a flawed means, and dels, a measurement that doesn't actually exist.

Pain being a subjective thing makes it hard to measure apparently.

Keeling over, definitely.  Vomiting, possibly.  Passing out, not so likely.  Regardless, it's close enough for some women, to diminish the inequality of a kick to the balls. : P

no. however, i once tried to stand in the midst of some pretty horrific period pains and got a white flash of light. that. is. pain. all of those things are possible when period pains are bad
