"That's not playing the gender card. I thought I made myself clear when I made the comparison to children."
That instead begged the comparison for your choice of comparisons.

"I was talking about size and strength. You shouldn't hit male midgets either."
Such sizeism... There's some tough male midgets out there.

"I said we have some weak spots too."
Where would you say has a comparable amount of pain on a woman to a man being hit in the testicles?

"But we don't turn them into targets like men do."
I... don't think men brandish their testicles that often.

Only example I can come up with off the top of my head is Truck Nuts.

"Again, quit trying to make exceptions into rules. They're not anything-ist generalizations if I've studied the stats. The word is heuristic :P"
Statements like "It's not your place" while playing towards the gender card beg to differ.

It's that sort of thinking that enables lesser forms of learned helplessness.

"We have a few of those. We just don't put them on display as if they were assets, like men do :P"
...the amount of pain experienced from a hit to the balls is astonishingly high. It triggers all sorts of nasty symptoms too.

"It's not my place to hit a child, either. But IF a child is an extreme bully and needs a good ass whupping to learn a lesson, I'd get another minor to beat him/ her."
Yes, solving violence with more violence. That idea still makes you somewhat liable.

Wait, are you comparing men and women to adults and children?

"But IF that happens, I don't pull my punches like I do with women. That's  bc women are smaller and often more frail than men."
"Often more" doesn't negate the overgeneralization. There's a lot of strong women out there and many weaker men. Why make it specifically about men or women when it's really about their strength solely (beyond how others are likely to respond to it)?

Men also have a glaringly obvious weak point that women lack. From my experience with martial arts at least, that's quite an advantage.

"So you'd beat somebody half your size? I always knew there was a reason I didn't like you  :P"
So now you're discriminating against smaller people? There's plenty of weak tall people and a many tough short people.

"And wth do you mean by power?"
Strength, stamina, speed, endurance, etc.

Like it's fine to hit a guy, and it's fine for a woman to hit a guy, but if a guy delivers a well deserved slap to a woman, all hell breaks loose. I disagree with that logic.

Some women, DO need a beating, why argue that ?

Fine line when it comes to violence. The end of the road. Which may or may not have been the best solution from the start. Depends the situation and context.

It is not a gender question so much, as a power question and one that is part of the social construct/ contract while being predetermined by biology as to the most likely outcome more often than not.

"Plz. They're always talking about them and touching them and shifting them around. Why do you think I gave them that pet name of mine?  lol"
...wtf, why would people spend time talking about their testicles? I get discussing testicles in a general sense, but discussing their own? Weird.

As for the touching/shifting... sometimes they need to be adjusted. It's a sensitive area. If it's beyond the expectedly small time frame though, that's just embarrassing.

People notice those things.

Apparently I'm not as discreet as I should be about scratching and shifting, either.  O.O

That's valid.

It's not my intention to hurt others, and I personally never hit a woman. I don't hit women for the same reason's I don't hit men who are disadvantaged and weaker than myself. Of course if she were a tank, that doesn't mean I'd be compelled to strike.

Still, my perspective on people who need a beating, need to face greater consequences for their ill intention. It's not an abusive act when the punishment will drive the person away from bringing more calamity into their lives.

The way they carry on and it's still a universal rule to never strike women, while women strike men more often. I understand 2 wrongs don't make a right, but in the case of women, they ought to look after themselves better by not assuming a guy is bound by this rule, lest she's prone to being reminded why it's in place.
