What about that person you love... made you feel so deeply intertwined with them?

You'll need to redefine that question as it is rather opaque... are you asking if I'm capable of loving more than myself or how much am i capable of loving?

Are you capable of loving more than yourself? 

Yes, very much so.

But....

If I were to analyse that I would further say that this love is a manifestation of my own self love. Going further I would say that I am capable of many different kinds of love. Familial Love, Friend Love, Romantic/Sexual Love. I have a very wide scope of emotions. That being said, I also have the capacity to turn those emotions off, if the moment calls for it. It's a very zen state of mind... seeing the world from within without...

It's akin to what you feel when deeply engrossed by a movie... to the point of FEELING what the characters feel and then having the ability to see the movie as just that... a movie... not real... nothing... and just like that, you can switch off/detach from that emotion state.

But yes, I can love, and yes, I typically love selfishly. As do we all. I just have better control over it than most. ;)

Made me feel like I don't have to lie to them or hide who I am.
