Not always. It was in the very thread aimed at establishing a clear rule about that. There was no rule back then, but a discussion of many different ideas.
Related to Wahoo. As the Pink topics have shown, there can be contradictions between public versus private words. You saw his public claims, but never the PMs.
I naturally don't remember this pm with you about this topic, you weren't anyone worth remembering back then compared to now. I mistakingly once found you boring.

You're correct - it was the Xena/Terra Story Time (with the clitpump) which had the address and pic of what's totally not Xena's sister's house.
The Wahoo doxxing thread was a different one, was that deleted too?

Why would you be disappointed when someone says you're sometimes wrong about things and can misinterpret and make mistakes?
I noticed all your contributions, I click on most threads and always read the posts of those interesting to me.
When I said "get personal" I didn't mean only regarding me. I referred to the indignation or whatever it is that makes you go "How can TC just let them say that??" and then fight the battle you think he should.
