This is good advice but not for this case. If he's truly sociopath he knows he can get another woman to suck his dick just as easily. Finding another person to harm may present more of a challenge to him so she would be better for that. 

I think it means slightly more male than female, of possible European descent. Maybe European writing style is more gender ambiguous.

That gender analysis thing is cool.
