I think he's referring to the fact that a lot of people here are using TOR, and hence banning TOR would ban a lot of people.
Completely agree. We need more automated moderation, and also allow the individual user freedom of better controling his or her experience.
When we have more time, we will deal with dexter-like spam, without actually getting rid of dexter himself. It will be an interesting challenge.

For every win that happens in this game in playmode, somebody has to lose. You just might be that guy that is at the very bottom 1% of the playerbase in terms of skill.

If you're losing to AI, you should probably uninstall.
we actually have a solution to the dex problem. we just haven't been able to implement it.
the solution is that we don't actually need to ban an IP. on the other hand, we can stop new accounts from registarting from such an IP.
in this way the current people using tor, and dex's ip addresses will be able to continue posting with current accounts, but they will not be able to make new accounts. that way, when we mute dex's current accounts, he will find it increasingly more difficult to avoid the power of luna!

All very intelligent people on here who would benefit from direct confrontation with you on the issues.
As for the messages posted under Dexter, I found most of the replies to be on point. That part is ok.
Wilful and I got both got scolded for spam or troll or annoying msgs. We both have good intent in participating in meaningful discussion. Maybe just having an agreement not to spam or post like a troll would keep that in check.
If it keeps happening, if is part of someone's therapy process, then let's support finishing that process so the msgs return to normal. Dexter/Jones if this is part of your process, I support you in resolving it so there is no more need to spam, troll or look like one.
