Hi TK I try to assess by how we interact on here. If people project onto others, like accuse you of lying because of their own insecurities, things like that. It's hard to tell, so I guess. And if I misjudge then people straighten me out.

The common factor is forgiveness and letting go, so natural healing energy can flow through the mind and body to heal themselves naturally as designed.
This also heals relationships to apply towards external levels. But both people have to go through their own healing at the same time to heal the relationship between them.
My resources are posted here: http://www.spiritual-healing.us
There is a higher level of healing that can't always be done by just the one person alone.
So I listed references to healing that uses deliverance and exorcism to remove excess negative energies
whether you call this bad karma or demons or whatever spiritual/emotional garbage infects people's wounds inside.
Both the wound has to be cleaned out, healed and forgiven to quit feeding the infection,
and the invading negative emotions attached (similar to viral bacteria) have to be cleaned out.
Sometimes these viral energies are SO STRONG it takes a stronger antibiotic type energy to kill them off.
So sometimes the mind/body's natural immunity is NOT strong enough to kill off the negative infestations.
So that is why healers will use exorcism/deliverance to identify the offending/invading entities and remove them.

RE: you ever felt not so fresh? Get douche!
The analogy I would make is more like chemotherapy or surgery to remove the tumors. It is a lot more invasive. If SensitiveSoul wants a challenge not to be scared, try witnessing someone go through this process or try it yourself. It's hard for me to judge people when you understand the painful work and process involved in changing inside out.
If I were to rate people here on a scale, this is how my scale would look:
4 = Honest. Gives helpful advice. Insightful. Is not superficial or fake. Displays genuine personality.
3 = Mostly honest. May give some helpful advice on occasions. Insightful on occasion. Possible genuine persona.
2 = Honesty questionable. Rarely if ever gives helpful advice. Not very insightful. Persona questionable.
1 = Appears more dishonest than honest. Never gives helpful advice. Lacks insight. Appears superficial and/or fake.
I have an understanding of the logical. I am just like the founding fathers, except I understand there does not have to be a god for things to exist. The universe is puzzling, but I still do not jump to conclusions. I do not rely on Judeo-Roman-Zoroastrian concepts.
by CalebOn your scale I am a definite 4 and you are a definite 1 ;). Don't be mad baby :*
Not mad at all.
Personally, I wouldn't rate you as a 4. I would rate you as a 3.
I know most people would agree with you that I am a 1 on that scale, but I wouldn't rate myself as a 1. I would rate myself as a 2.5 because I am mostly an honest person with a genuine personality, and while I know I lack some insight regarding my own self-perception, I am good at reading other people.
Ha TK and I both agree on something!
TK would you consider starting your own list?
Your scale sounds like it would work.
I can point to yours from mine. so ppl can compare both.
Most black widows spin some web to catch their prey.
So you can nab people who go there. And bite their heads off. Yum!
