by DamagedYou sound like a lot of guys that grew up without a dad.
Maybe I'm going through a phase, who knows.
ok.
There's a good reason that reputable psychs wont even try to diagnose before 18. In fact a raft of reasons.
My two cents, for what they may or may not be worth to you....
A little isolation can be a good thing, it clears the shit away, and lets you see things in a different light.
I think you need to belong, to know that you have acceptance among peers. It is what it is, and distancing yourself emotionally or psychologically further, will impact further in your life. up to you how you resolve that.
Perhaps your upbringing contributed to how you are today...perhaps not , only you know that for sure.
DONT be quick to label yourself, or to embrace the abyss. Its called an abyss for a good reason.
Many will try and tell you its a good place to be, and extol its virtue, but once there, you will always be hunting for a way out.
You are young, and have a lot of life ahead of you. Make the most of it, squeeze every last fucking bit of enjoyment out of it , and always know what the consequences for that enjoyment will be......ALWAYS!.
And lastly ...when all your friends , social circles and others have left you, the only person who will stand and weep at your graveside...will be your mother.

I definitely learned to think before doing, after getting expelled. I learned a lot from that.
That is some of the best things I've read. I'm going to save that message, thank you!
by Thrill KillWhat makes you so sure his mother will weep by his graveside?
Not all mothers care that much.
I'm pretty damn certain my mother won't weep by mine. She's made it pretty clear to me that I'm going to Hell when I die. I'm fucked already, according to her.
I know my mother loves me, she's always worried about my safety. Even though she didn't care how I felt before, I know she loves me. Unlike other mothers, she didn't call the cops or do anything when I abused her.
