I've been saying this repeatedly.

You aren't capable of offering anything good from what I gather. If so what is it ?

This place is responsible for a bunch of different life experiences I've gone through, without it I would have led a drastically different life.

 I rest my case.

I dunno man, you might be a thankless sort but I'm rather thankful for what this place has given me.

A long term relationship, multiple friendships both in person and online, being able to travel the world, had my own place for a bit, learned about new people vicariously, had access to substances that gave odd life experiences, learned about subjects I'd never have researched on my own, had room to face fears and explore psychology, philosophy, and the arts, there's been holiday gifts, a successful D20 group years into the game...

Seriously dude, you get out of it what you put into it. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of stuff this place has amounted to for me, and I've seen others get boons from their time here as well. Some people even found marriage here, it's crazy.

Uh huh. So first I'm a liar, and now I might be a thankless sort all of a sudden. But not you, you're thankful unlike me.

Kinda sounds like you're spazzing out back there while you're unable to answer the question correctly. You can't so don't worry about it.

My message to Slay remains the same.... It's what "I" put in, and believe me it's better than Nate's message.

Keep working, Go find success and build a family as you wish, congrats on finding a good woman, and don't come here if you're interested in leveling up. There are better things to do than to sit around staring at a screen filled with negativity. Thanks for visiting, I'm inspired.

.

Do I know for sure if Slay is succeeding ? No I don't, but I will be the one who decides if I will give him the benefit of the doubt regardless of the fact I cannot confirm or deny his claims. If the event his claims are true or false, he can eat it with a smile, or a frown.

If the shoe fits, it's not that long of a conversation to get up to speed with how it'd look that way. I am genuinely thankful for things that came from this place and you in response made a stink about it, that's all there is to it really.

You make it sound impossible that anyone'd find anything good from a place like this, which really shows more about you than the community itself.

Kinda sounds like you're spazzing out back there while you're unable to answer the question correctly. You can't so don't worry about it.

Which question?

My message to Slay remains the same.... It's what "I" put in, and believe me it's better than Nate's message.

White lies yes, you'd lie to him and then tell him to GTFO out of projecting your own terrible experiences here.

Again man, you get out of this place what you put into it. If this place made you turn out this bitter and grumpy, then that's what you had to offer the place, and when you lie to people to keep them feeling that much more optimistic you invite them to offer you the same white lies. Even your reasoning as to why you said those things was purely for an outcome, not for the truth. Instead you reserve being a 'truther' for those who've crossed you.

This community has served as a mirror, and how bad you feel is because you are one who invites those feelings. Even for others here who hit a snag or had something go wrong they tend to list it as a few isolated events and a few problem people (such as yourself), maybe presumptions over politics being the opposite of theirs making for angst if not some presumption of being 'above' people here in spite of being no better than anyone else who found themselves here.

Those who walk away blaming the community solely, learn nothing. Those who walk away realizing that this place brought out a side of them, find wisdom.

It's not a white lie as I believe it's possible for Slay to fulfill his God given purpose. Plus it's the US. People kill themselves to move there.

While I can't confirm or deny Slay's claims, it's better than flat out denying them as you are, cause you really don't know for sure if what he said is true or false.

While you don't know if what Slay said about his success rate to be real or not, you're assuming what he said is false, and in doing so you're prone to error.

Do you need more confirmation ? Of course you do. Meanwhile he's young handsome strong can easily find a date and lives in the US. Most Americans do work, and despite what you know about pricing, buying a home in the US is pretty damn cheap compared to here.

In my case it doesn't make or break me to say, "Great good for you, here's a pat on the back and get the hell out of here" and why ?

- He doesn't come here anymore

- If he was talking shit, he can digest what I said with a frown

- If he's speaking the truth, then he can grin and move one. ( This is what I like to see tbh. Success. )

- I don't have to waste time trying to find out if he's talking shit or not.

I'd already be done with this cause I'm totally indifferent to what Slay is doing. Your problem with what I say is probably because I never handled it your way. You writing Slay 2nd gives the impression that you're performing another cock waving contest, while you came at me after for what I wrote.

I'll say what I want, and I think it's better than flat out denying someone's claims. He certainly isn't here anymore nor in his discord for awhile now. When I'm away from here like I did when I was gone for a year I tend to see my success rate increase too. Shit gets real when we pay less mind to places like this in all honesty.

Why did some members leave SC ? They grew out of it. Had enough of the foolery that goes on here.

Do you not understand how an optimistic gambler can lie to themselves? We've both known Slay for a while now, I'd figure you'd understand the issues based on how he spoke of things in the past.

Again it's good that he's trying, but it's not the first time and he's showing active avoidance over the places that revealed to him his truths, distancing from those who knew how to poke a nerve as if hiding from it will make all the problems go away. Turquie was able to break his brain, Chapo was able to emasulate him, the guy got on the news over burying his rage until it explodes via egoism.

Your explanation prior was more than enough anyway. In this case they came from your keystrokes rather than mine, all I've done over it really is ask why you'd lie to him like that.

Also dude like SC is like 15 years old or something now, of course people left for one reason or another. Short of that Discord was the true killing blow over the difference in format.

I straight up said, I cannot confirm or deny Slay's claim multiple times now. I wouldn't gamble on what Slay says to be true or false.

What I had to say to Slay is sharp with a handle. He can catch the blade by the handle, or get cut, it's really on him dude.

What Slay has is great potential in a land of opportunity, and is among the men who are banging all the women who like to sleep around. It doesn't seem realistic to you cause Slay's a bad guy, and whatever shit in his past, but there are people who will hire him if he has the skills and education.

He also really doesn't come here anymore. No arguing that.

We really don't know the guy. Him and I used to chat in DM's back in the day, and he was usually about personal growth aside from talking about motorcycles. This was after his punishment, which was a bootcamp that he left respecting his drill sergeant that really had an impact on his character.

Some members left SC over it's toxicity. Cain for one, Systematic. Alice told me personally why she's done here, I think she only cares to keep in touch with me. Elli only seems to come here to see me every few months from the looks of it, if not she most likely won't come here at all, last time she wished me a merry christmas and I appreciated that. FOTS, Friedrich, Crave, Cadaver, Billy, Tom, BR. Where's Liyang these days ? Maybe he died, but he doesn't respect anyone here. That chubby Mexican guy who is CS's ex boyfriend, gone. Good doesn't seem to see anything good here. Inq gone for obvious reasons, MissC. Med's either in a hospital or dead at this point, but she's about done cause she knows she needs to detach from Chapo and probably getting help. If Chapo weren't here, we'd never see Med again. Sugar and Lena are done here. Jim might be dead, Cawk too. Tryptamine has no time for here and he's struggling, but really doesn't come here all that much.

I myself am about done here. Maybe I'll check the cesspool in 2029 and see a bunch of weirdos, or find it dead. If I get to live till then I might not even want to check, cause coming becomes a bad habit.

Selective visual attention, like Legga's claimed over you it'd seem.🤦

I guess you only like to discuss psychology and patterns when it's over people who've crossed you, rather than out of any sense of empathizing or sympathizing over people like Slay's situation.

It'd be great if he succeeds, but he's given enough history during his stay in our circles to give the impression that it'll always be uphill through his egoism blinding him to past failures via projecting it towards those around him. I can't help but read the same sense of avoidance we've seen from him before, and if things fall apart with his current crush I suspect he could fall right out of his current comfort zone again.

I hope for the best, but this doesn't read to me the same as it seems to for you.

Whew, what a list.

You'd go so far as to claim every single one of them stepped out over 'Toxicity', rather than another reason? A good number of those are puppets piloted by someone who still logs on here, but you haven't really been the best with sniffing those out.

I'd argue that Cain, Systematic, Peach, FOTS, Crave, BR, Inquirer, and MissC didn't leave over Toxicity specifically, that many other names are still present in the Discord (such as Meta/Good, Tryp, Chapo, Med), and that Liyang, Friedrich, and the current incarnation of Elli are puppets all steered by one person.

Sugar and Alena left pretty soon after your time with them, I'd go so far as to say you and CS were instrumental in their leaving the place. Of the entire list I'd agree those two and Alice would call the place toxic, each for very different reasons from one another.

Jim and Cawk, yeah no clue at this point either. Tryp meanwhile has had other things going on lately that have kept him busier, and I feel it's not really my place to talk about it.

TLDR; There's context and motivations behind each of them, you can't just generalize it like that.
