What factors make it similar to Luna's cases? 

Not really doubting that you have an idea for how it is, I just don't see it.

 Wow you're right it's almost as if he biased towards her Everytime even when she's being civil and otherwise neutral towards her.

A lot of the history of her time here's been her trying to get others to go to Luna's site while sympathizing in ways that contradict her former message (in ways that could be construed quite easily as being done out of spiteful convenience). They otherwise have prior history with Discord and Luna's SC, and he's made it more than clearly narrated why he feels no need to respect her (such as figuring his opinions aren't his own through a variety of names, plus her threatening nudes to scare him), and as of now she's been making a vague fuss about website glitches within the present context that's otherwise... iffy. 

Shes said herself that she didn't trust him at first based on something he had said he would do with Jim, something like a phishing site for s-c, I don't remember what came of that but that was the reason initially she didn't want to make an account here and was probably more comfortable with Luna.

You don't need to have personal respect for someone to be civil tho, and while you claimed she wasn't civil- neither has he been civil with her taking any open opportunity to attack her, (when she's tried being casually friendly) but the reporting of glitches had nothing really to do with that and he should be able to separate the two instead of just trying to find a way to antagonize her as well

I agree that someone making a giant mess of a scene like this isn't reason to not listen to her about website glitches, as that portion ought to be impartial if the person (in this case Sugar) is willing to list the symptoms she's having on this website to the best of her ability... but I'm sure you can also see how the two becoming civil doesn't really... look like something Meta'd have a reason to do, right? 

Sure he has no reason for it but let's not forget she has tried to be civil and offered to bury the hatchet as her issue was with Chet originally and meta would jump in to defend her blindly, and like I said instead of asking her what the glitch was he just went in and called her a liar and afterwards others listed their own issues and glitches or bugs. It's what prompted her to ask why peach wasn't a liar and even then he still took her having an issue with the site as an attack 

Them being friendly doesn't have to be any kind of requirement, frankly she hasn't earned that if you ask me, but I feel like in the discussion of website glitches that they may benefit from a mediator, or that the closest to extending an olive branch here'd be Sugar actually trying to mention symptoms beyond:

My point here has been in relation to an under-reporting of actual website symptoms in her complaints in relation to their context. 

If she'd say the symptoms more often she'd be more likely to get more serious replies from Meta, like how the typing speed discussion for chat filters went as a comparison.

Offering to stop former animosity doesn't just resolve all blame like some giant "Sorry" spell being cast, the other party in these cases is entitled to their feelings. 

Diplomacy happens from catering to both sides, not just throwing out an offer and acting like the other person's immediately the bad guy for turning it down. There has to be some reason why she deserves to be forgiven, otherwise it's just some weird whim of the moment or something.

You figure she just went to Luna's site just to news report about a happenstance? She's alluded to multiple reasons as to why she'd prefer people be at Luna's website before functionality was even her focus. 

There's been clear agendas attached to her behaviors, even if there's real glitches alongside them. 

If he doesn't want to be civil that's fine, he doesn't have to but there's no way you can say she hasn't been and still defend that he has

I'd argue that, with her deplorable behavior, that she doesn't really deserve civility that he doesn't feel like granting beyond arguable ranges of the bare minimum.

tc has foiled my evil plot to slowly move everyone from here to luna's site..he has proven this by pointing out that i went straight to luna's site when THIS SITE WOULDN'T WORK. IT DEFIES ALL LOGIC TO USE ANOTHER SIMILAR SITE WHEN ONE IS NOT WORKING. FOILED AGAIN KIDS

i feel like me and tc got divorced, and meta is his new gf so i'm fighting with her, and my new (way hotter, smarter and minxy) gf is now fighting with tc. for the sake of the kids we should at least try to be civil

let me just point out, over a year after me and meta had a falling out over chet's skanky self, i asked him several questions about his forum and he just refused to answer...he has been like this the entire time so how can anyone expect me not to have some fun with it if he's gonna be a sulky bitch to me

I think you're trying to see agendas where there aren't and as someone that takes wording important- I don't think it's reaching because she says "at the moment", she's been having issues here since her first day ever since the no chat For new users unless approved thing can into play.  Like I said, she has been civil towards him even with his own deplorable behavior but I think as an admin he should be less eager to attack when an issue is brought up.
