I know you know of Titanic Sinclair, I think you were following him before I was.
He's a fucking pro at unpleasant noise, in the subtle ranges at that.I love Titanic Sinclair. Well I used to before I found out what he did to Mars, but he's still a great artist.
You anchor way too hard, to histrionic stories at that.
Do you really think Twig Boy hit her?Are you saying appearance and lack muscle of mass means he couldn't have hit her?
Have you seen him talk he's like 3/4 tranquilized 24/7.
I feel like if he tried to strike her she'd have like three minutes to dodge it.Just because someone appears a certain way doesn't always mean they are. And so are you saying it's her fault for not dodging if he did hit her?
How can she be taken seriously when she's that dramatic as her default?
How can you not take it seriously when there's a shit load of evidence in her favor?
Also come on, are you going to tell me Titanic is secretly this physically abusive person, and he only appears so tired to us because he just finished beatin' sum'bich?
I think he's an emotionally abusive and manipulative person that snapped and resorted to violence when he found out that she was trying to go solo and work with other people. You're dismissing the messages where he tried to shift the blame of that onto her.
Do you see him keeping Poppy "In Line" similarly, and that's why she's such a robot?
He wasn't keeping Mars in line, he was physically venting his frustration on her...by punching her in the face. Poppy and him are the same type of person and want money and fame, their shit is aligned and there's no need to keep her "in line".
Or the self-demonstration brag that a lot of conspiracy types go on about .
The Poppy project always seemed part oblique-for-the-sake-of-it and part consumer culture spite. I see shallowness in wanting to be a hyperbole of the shallow for mockery. The irony is so low-brow that it's even commercially viable. Although some may think this is exactly what makes them great. I will say I can at least enjoy their music.

Present it, the last time I looked it was flimsy.

I'm not arguing this part, but to see her as blameless is clear bias.

Prove the violence beyond her wild claims.

Do we have more than IMs of her yelling about it this far along in the story, or are we where we were the last time we argued this?
Poppy and him are the same type of person and want money and fame, their shit is aligned and there's no need to keep her "in line".
She's such a talented robot, and they both respect contracts.
They even got a trip to Japan out of it. It's hilarious to see them trying to justify how it was supposed to help her music when they otherwise sounded more like they just wanted an excuse to travel to somewhere trendy.
Or the self-demonstration brag that a lot of conspiracy types go on about .

I enjoy the ways he shits on his audience to feed his own spite about the world. Honestly, to me, he earned that right by seeing aspects of what push people in ways others won't see even when he's plainly presenting it to them. He's a giant lampshade hang that somehow got famous and made money off of mocking the very thing that's now paying him. It's like his art is used to try to understand where he is in relation to other people, and his discoveries just make him more jaded.
Even his shipping rates reflected this between his website and Poppy's. It extends into so much of his work.
HEY FUCKERS, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR DAMN DEBATE OVER SOME STUPID CUNT NAMED MARS AND SOME STONER DUDE NAMED TITANIC, WHY NOT HAVE A DEBATE OVER A VC? SURELY THAT'S MORE EFFICIENT, UNLESS YOU'RE INEPT AT FUCKING SOCIAL SKILLS!
Damn dude, chill. Let conversations take their course organically instead of trying to steer everything like BR'd do.

He doesn't seem that sentimentally different from his audience. Sure, there must be a portion of the fan base into the project because the music sounds good, and that's their bottom line. But the actual messages tend to be things like jabs at social media and trends. This being an obvious example:
So then then a lot of the people becoming fans are the "woke" type, like this guy in the comments:
"I like her videos cause it shows that people will believe anything they see and automatically jump to conclusions that's she's weird or something like that."
But then Sinclair is like...the most "woke" of them all for conveying things this way. It's not the depth of his message that sells as much as the presentation, in my opinion. The guy nails the video format and the audio format, too. It's pseudo high-topology observation wrapped in neat packaging. And it works because everything shown is frankly obvious to anyone at odds with the mainstream.
His later works became ironic commentary against the theories and youtube comment themes that were cropping up about his material.
He basically used them as part of the brainstorming committee, and it turned out surprisingly well.

Heres the break in
the wine glass incident
The messages
The creepy stalking of her social media(how he found she joins that fb group and took the same Japanese classes as her and also claimed her mom was his mom??
And the settlement
Also he basically creeped on a YouTubers fb to name all his family in an email, kinda like a 'i know how to use Facebook and now I know your fams names and stuff.'
Also come on, are you going to tell me Titanic is secretly this physically abusive person, and he only appears so tired to us because he just finished beatin' sum'bich?

I didn't say she was blameless? She has quite a temper and was hurling her own verbal abuse at him that was in text message too.

Pics up there of broken glasses, break ins and texts. Unfortunately I don't think there's a photo of her bruised face but the settlement very clearly states that both parties will not stalk harass strike..etc

The lawsuit? Her confronting him with his cheating, the pictures she took of him breaking in, the fact that he's shown up at her place

He'd gone to Japan before tho, with Mars ..? Did he not?
