You guys do know once we try addressing him that the place will be spammed significantly harder, and that as is he's slowly losing his drive, right? 

You don't care? Alright, lets hash this out: 

1) How many topics on a page is spam? 
We had settled on filling the page. I'd had it smaller, but that was negotiated away. 

2) How do we judge what is "spam" for posts within topics? 
We've fluctuated where we've stood on this many times, and as is the line's kinda murky. 

3) Will he stop if he sees us getting more adamant about the CP stuff? 
It's beyond obvious that it's been him posting it despite it being on "different accounts" (seriously Cawk?). He'd been good about it for a while, but there was that recent spree of it quite recently. 

Still, if he's willing to not do it again (for however long that lasts), I'm willing to have this be his last chance. I however expect him to take this as a dare to test the site instead of an offer with something about me being a "power tripping mod" again. 

Don't say you guys weren't warned, this site's going to look like shit for a while. I wanted to give him a platform to get over himself before the tipping point was hit but he doesn't seem to want to fix the problem. 

Still, if enough people back this and we can negotiate more sensible terms, I'm definitely open to the discussion.

Ofc Cawk being warned, threatened, or being ultimatuumed will result in him spazzing out. As it happens, talking to him civilly, or ignoring him, still gets us in the pedo cesspit. We were in the exact same spot 2 years ago. Why do you think the conclusion would be different today?

Lmao. Let's debate how "much" pedo spam is spam. Do we count it per day? Per forum page? Per account? What is pedo content. How much is too much. Fucking lawyer shit that is completely useless for 90% of the userbase just to accommodate a spoiled kid with an inferiority complex.

No matter how hard you try to make up "rules", there will always be a way around them. You need to cut the problem from its roots, and the problem is the perpetrator.

I'd personally like:

1. If all pro-pedo talk based on emotion or without a debate/exchange of information to be banned(or posted repeatedly). Yes, this is subjective, so any pro-pedo talk left up is at the mercy of the mods, if this is applied.

2. Ban of all child/animal abuse/gore images posted for no other reason than shock value.

These rules will not remove any debate or substance from the forum, it will just disable a weapon that only cawk(and anyone like him) uses to annoy people that he has some sort of issue with. You may argue it takes away an expression of these people, but I don't care, it is stupid, worthless, annoying and wrong. These are my reasons, you don't have to agree.

The spam is ok with me when it's not shock images. But I don't mind stricter rules about it either.

Just because Cawk will have a hissy fit doesn't mean we have to care.
You do not negotiate with terrorists.
