Any of my personal enemies can post CP conveniently behind Tor in order to get me framed. As you can see, I have a lot of them.

What if it's said as a referential joke? 

Talking about it is less of an issue compared to the potential to flood the message. Talk is harmless, but oversaturation's another story. 

If the mod decides it's not a joke then it's banned(or if its pro-pedo joke, then its no-no as well, according to the rule). Posting that joke will come with that risk. The mod does not need to justify himself either(I can post proof of the transgression if it's required).

2. Ban of all child/animal abuse gore images posted for no other reason than shock value.

Why? 

I'd lean more towards some sort of relevancy clause, but that's it's own share of red tape that leads towards some potential slippery slopes. 

Because it is disgusting and pointless. I personally do not like to post on this forum because of the environment these posts and images have created. It is enough that I let them be posted on my forum, in my database, with my money(I won't stop letting them be posted, but I don't like it and I don't want it and I don't have to like/want it). The only reason to keep them is to let the twat have his way, like he is a child, to indulge in the dynamic of what will happen if people are free. While those reasons are cool, they are not worth the trouble, as the people who post these images have little to offer, until they mature (and in the case of Jim, live to talk about it).
This is my reason. I expect other members to have similar reasons, however.

You do not negotiate with terrorists.

Diplomacy has had some surprising effects for slowing if not stopping some of them, but the time for diplomacy seems to be passing and the sole one making a fuss about it doesn't "want to negotiate with terrorists" either. 

I wanted it to work, he's otherwise interesting. 

There is no diplomacy when the other party has nothing to offer.

 It took Luna almost a year to come to the same conclusions and preferred path of action Good reached in a few months. I am loving this.

 It shows that Good is much bigger of a hypocrite than Luna as he's quicker to take actions such as this, but this was already known when he banned Primal from SC over a non-SC issue.

They aren't, not entirely anyway, but it shows who's behind the change in measures. If a large group of people can agree on changes over realistic matters, namely policy instead of some sort of blacklist singling out, it's worth writing down who's behind it. 

While this is really a discussion of policy that's been spurred by your actions, I figured that label for the list was more direct and honest. Harsher measures being voted on to "deal with spammers" and to "deal with CP posters" is in this case happening to fall solely on you, but the measures will be uniformly followed. 

You were effectively the flagship for the staff to no longer being as laid back. Congrats, you've found relevance, lets see what you do with it.

We've been lenient with you in spite of how it should have been handled over CP posts. You've been bragging about "see pee vengeance" any time a mod "abuses their authority" with no effort to conceal your tracks, and the timeline always lines up with your bragging. It's fairly safe to deduce it's you. 

Realistically speaking, the people around who'd even be posting it aren't here. The other puppet that wingmanned you for a bit didn't go any further than children in swimsuit models. Who do you think that's left among us would go as far as to collect CP to frame you?

The sock uses a pic as avatar believed to be me, and spams topics with it too, been consistently active for several days now, and has 58 posts already. Clearly RCT hates my guts, and would definitely go as far as posting CP to make it look like I posted it and have me banned by you idiots.

I dont want cawk banned even though I don't agree with pedophilia and taking advantage of the innocent. because of the nature of this forum I think decisions need to be made without personal bias of what anyone thinks is morally right/wrong. Legally though is another issue and if him posting cp will get the forum taken down, he might need to be banned temporarily until he stops doing it? I don't know the laws on cp and posting pictures of it on forums detailed enough to know if him posting it will get the forum shut down

Aside from you posting things people don't want to see. You're also something that's prone to bring unwanted attention to us Cawk. No one wants cyber crime divisions checking them with the possibility of charging us at face value. People get arrested for having CP in their computers, and there you are putting CP in our temp files.

You may think "Oh but that isn't sociopathic" cause you're a fan of those ways, but I would argue even they would cut off the fool who'll drag them down.

 The forum host can't ever get in trouble because of CP, unless the CP stays up for at least, several days, if not weeks.

CP ought to be viewed as merely troll ammunition, and more people should leave bias behind when voting on decisions like this. Thanks for the honesty.

Yeah, recently. Did it on an alternate account to be all "They can't tell that it's me, I love winning autistic headgames". 

As Meta put it, "It has to be official", as that's what has even some of the midground people on board. At this point giving him a "last chance" is mostly an exercise in inevitability, for then we can say he had more than a fair warning. With enough of the forum undoubtedly behind it in the form of policy decisions, the chance of a Hydra scenario is greatly reduced and we can build towards an agreed upon consistency together. With the coders being an actual part of the community, we don't need to wait a year to a year and a half between updates when something new ought to be tried, so these sorts of discussions can be more freeformly tried than what we'd otherwise grown used to. 

Who knows, maybe the threat will have him clean up his act? Based on his idea of people and his general rhetoric though, I doubt it.
