Only if you take everything insanely literally, like calling people who make racist jokes racist. 

The point of the irony is to make a commentary on those who take it seriously (or enable it through pretending it was sarcastic, granting an outlet). 

Telling someone you have a close emotional bond with such as a friend or significant other that you hate them even as a joke is weird, unnecessary and hurtful for that relationship and likely makes the bond more superficial than anything else. 

Reverse racism is more racist than race jokes, and race jokes can be made with the intent of budging that individual more than expressing one's hatred towards one's race. You also don't have to be racist to laugh at another's racist joke, but you do have to be intolerant to not take jokes as jokes, showing it to be more your problem than theirs in such cases. 

In a way, you're being the reverse racist no one asked for no differently than a neckbearded fedora opening doors for ladies, a Racial White Knight if you will. Speaking as one of the commonly mocked demographics (transexualism), one you mocked me over in the past in now-deleted Discord records, neckbeards charging in don't make it better for us, but rather worse.

What about humor styles like irony, levity, and the referential? The subtext is more important than the words themselves. 

My groups do the same shit and I'd say we're closer than mock pleasantries and a minefield of offense fears. We know how much shit we can take from each other and those kinds of gags show it through it's expression. Beyond that it's a way to shit-test people, see how weak they are by how little moves them to passionate retaliation.

I've already explained to you(at least I think it was you) seeing people doing casual racism in discord and other platforms started from racist jokes, where it slowly became the norm. People who would usually not say such things now used the n-word or other slurs to refer to someone doing something they disliked

My intention isn't to start shit with those I care about out of no where and what happens if you push them too far? How likely are they to tell you?

It's an example of racism that is commonly taken as "not racist". 

I'd say Reverse Racism is worse. A joke can be done from a variety of reasonings, while racism itself, reverse or straight, is more core to their being.

Good for them, they're growing as people into something less repressed. 

I still struggle to say "The N-Word", I can't even make myself type it, but I wouldn't call that me being progressive, I'd call that me enabling a weakness out of fear. Those who can say it freely without racism as the goal deserve to.

If some words about demographics is enough to budge you (emphasis on words in place of actions), then that's something you ought to work on about yourself.
