aren't you like the OG nihilist? what happened

You mean Turncoat? I was saying Nihilism is being factually correct. I don't see Nihilism as giving up. I guess I forget sometimes the false equations people have about nihilism. And I was saying it's an added bonus to wax your own cock to sorrow.

I do see it in many ways as giving up, if not given a 'do it anyway why not you fucker' sort of bend.

The giving up I am seeing though are people presuming there is no reason to talk with people who disagree with you. It is to embrace solipsism to never argue with other people, and I personally hate the sheer number of people who have given up on testing their own perspective, let alone others.

Videos like this piss me the fuck off, pretending to be wisdom but ultimately showcasing willful ignorance:

It's more like it doesn't matter if you do or don't do it. Giving up requires the idea that there is something to give up, which also could just be viewed as letting go instead. This is why being socially liberal doesn't work as well on a planet where people are learning to become more isolated due to financial, entropy, and other pressures along with access to more sophisticated tech and systems that decrease old easier to exploit inefficiencies.

Is it really about people "giving up" or about no longer having as much access to the old systems that you seemed to enjoy interacting with as a socialite? It's why I've almost said before that you remind me of SM a lot, although he looks at outright power you look at socializing more basically as an old ways conservative/liberal reflection. You both seek ways of taking advantage of people but in 2026 it's a lot harder to do so. I just happen to give that old supply because I do promote nihilism and Moksha because I am so philosophically helpful genetically.

Chatgpt version of my message:

Nihilism is not necessarily giving up. Giving up assumes there was something meaningful to surrender; nihilism can simply mean letting go of that assumption.

What you call people “giving up” may actually be older social systems losing their power. Financial pressure, isolation, and technology have made people less dependent on social networks that were easier to exploit. Your frustration may be less about declining dialogue and more about losing access to the kind of social influence you once valued. In that sense, you resemble SM: he seeks direct power, while you seek social leverage. Both are harder to maintain in 2026.

For the first time in history I gave up on someone I love. 15 years of the same cycles.

Still crosses my mind every single day, but I'm comfortable with my decision.

I also know what to expect if I let them back in and expose them to my inner circle.

I did it for peace of mind. Sometimes we have to guard ourselves.

Here's an example. First I have to set up a back story. I'll try to be brief.

Before the internet we used to talk to chicks on the phone. Met Michelle. She spoke of Mark her Boyfriend. Soon after we were talking to a guy we met at a bus stop. Turned out to be Michelle's boyfriend. Mark.

I go on a date with a girl I liked, my boys show up, one was jealous. Mark showed up too.

Later on the girl I was with called angry, asking who gave Mark her number. We all denied it, but later the jealous one admitted it. Cockblock. My date decided to date Mark. Some kind of revenge. I told my ex date how Mark is with Michelle. I later had to rat out Mark. Everything breaks up, I lose the girl, Mark loses her and he breaks up with my catch I lost to him.

Michelle is now interested in me. She comes over. She's purring like a kitten by my friends foot. The jealous game.  I resist. Michelle is talking to my cockblocking friend now, but it's all to trigger me. I feel no way about it.

Michelle invites me to a house party. I go. Michelle is there with a new guy, she spent all night in a room with him, but at one point she pats me on the back "Don't worry you'll find someone".

Now I'm kinda annoyed. I will pick up a chick tonight ! There I met Christine. Cockblock friend number 2 failed to pick up some other chick so now it's resting his head on my catch. Bastard. He gets her number.

I'm at his place and she calls. ( House phones ) He tells her i'm there, she asked to speak to me. He never got the phone back, she was on my nuts. Long story short we're dating now.

One day I'm called upstairs. Cockblock number 1 is on the phone looking sad. It's Michelle, she's on the phone freaking the fuck out that I'm dating Christine. "HE'S MY FRIEND ! CHRISTINE IS A BITCH NO I WON'T ALLOW IT" bitch is balling like she got a dose of her own medicine and couldn't handle it. She's freaking out while cockblock number 1 is realizing he's been used.

Christine is a boomerang. Also the best sex I ever had in my life. As for my Cockblocking friends, I seriously think they placed a curse on themselves, cause ALL, of their girlfriends end up chasing my nuts.

,

These experiences can really fuck with people's head. How our own friends can be, how potential mates can be. Happened to me when I was young.

Here's the kicker now....

If a young person consulted me while going through any of this shit. I'd say "Run boy. Take your girl and separate yourself from the rest of them, even your boys who have the audacity to cockblock you".

Back to the one I love. Now I'm just done.

Sometimes what's best is to just give up. Ironically this motivates them to address your concerns and make changes. It's too late. Getting too old.

Politics ? I like to talk about this, and express my opinions, and reasoning as to why I see things a certain way, or where I would cast my vote, and that's all I can do. I do think if you vote Liberal you're most likely dumb as fuck though. Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris. Justin Trudeau, Mark Carney.

The problem with progressives. What they call progress they already have. They're just concerned that the majority doesn't follow suit. Not enough people doing this and that instead of that and this. Progressives don't stand for what's important or what the masses really want. They want organizations to make changes, like the olympics, Hollywood has become very progressive, and now just about everything they put out turns to shit cause their entertainment is a vessel for social engineering. Unpopular with the majority of Boomers, GenXer, Millennials. GenZ I'm unsure of, they were children when the social engineering began. GenZ being the least experiences and least wise, they have a way to go.

For the first time, I gave up on someone I love after 15 years of the same cycles. I’m comfortable with my decision for peace of mind. We have to guard ourselves. In my youth, my friends and partners were toxic; I learned the hard way that when someone is a 'cockblock' or plays games, you have to separate yourself. Ironically, giving up motivates them to change, but it’s too late. As for politics, I find progressives are just concerned that the majority doesn't follow suit. Hollywood has become a vessel for social engineering, and Gen Z, having grown up with it, has a way to go regarding wisdom.

Your argument lacks logical cohesion because it attempts to validate personal resentment through broad, unsubstantiated generalizations. You attempt to bridge the gap between toxic interpersonal experiences and national politics, but these domains are governed by entirely different dynamics; projecting the behavior of individuals onto entire political ideologies is a category error. By attributing your past relationship cycles to external "curses" rather than choices, and dismissing political dissenters as merely "dumb," you rely on cognitive biases to maintain a sense of superiority rather than engaging in sound, evidence-based reasoning. Ultimately, the narrative fails because it prioritizes emotional catharsis over an objective analysis of cause and effect.

There is no argument, you're just really dunce. The rest of your post is you drifting into your own fabrications. And no I'm not trying to swing low or cast insults, you're really dunce and the truth dispels you.

Dismissing my perspective as 'fabrications' without offering any evidence to the contrary isn't a rebuttal; it's a way to avoid a real debate. If you truly believe the truth dispels my position, you should be able to articulate why. Simply insulting my intelligence suggests you're more interested in posturing than in actual truth.

 Sure.

The post I made, is not an argument. I told a story, and added to the thread in terms of "giving up"

The very paragraph you call an argument. Clearly isn't one.

This is painfully obvious, is it not ? Yes it is, It's all written here.

You claim my so called argument is some attempt to validate personal resentment. Meanwhile I'm writing about being at peace with detaching from someone I love unconditionally. The rest of your "perspective" is as deluded. It's certainly without a doubt 100% a fabrication.

If you'd like to start a debate, you'll have to increase your intelligence. Not just saying that. You're so far off, I'll have to make shit up to entertain your reply. I'd rather not lower my frequency to accommodate shit that has absolutely nothing to do with me.

You're missing the point. If I'm already at peace and feel validated in my decision, I have no reason to seek validation from an online debate. I shared a story and my own observations; if you perceive those as an argument that requires a rebuttal, that is your projection, not my intent. Dismissing an analysis as delusion or fabrication simply because it doesn't align with your narrative isn't a critique; it is just a refusal to engage. I'm not looking to lower the frequency of this conversation to match insults, so I will leave it at that.
