Just because someone is running as a Republican, doesn't mean they're part of the Heritage Foundation. Out of 318 suggestions, I'm assuming Trump will probably implement some, as Trump's plan is to shrink the US government by gutting it of corruption and wasteful spending.

What do you think of this:

https://www.project2025.observer/en/visualize/charts

?

According to it, 37% of Project 2025 objectives are completed, 21% in progress, and 42% not started.

Assuming that's correct, would you say that 58% of Project 2025 (and counting) qualifies as "some"?

Out of 16 policies, there are only two I don't like.

- The expansion of Presidential power. One day another Kamala is going to office. Maybe not in this lifetime, but one day. That lady wanted tax payers to pay for sex changes, for inmates. Like why the fuck would she even consider doing that, for incarcerated outlaws ?

- Outlawing Pornography. While I can see why they think it inspires deviance, It's not happening, it's a first amendment issue. Plus Trump himself is a Playboy who banged a lot of hos. On a side note, pornography is very educational.

The rest is pretty solid. DEI isn't what some of you think it is as it discriminates against 70% of the US, and favors 30%. I don't even think it's possible tbh. It's dumb and racist. It's good for replacement theory though. Get a bunch of, as the DNC calls them, undocumented immigrants, and get them citizenship for votes. Treasonous.

Special protections for queers. Like damn, they can have the same protections as the rest of us who aren't propped up on a pedestal over degeneracy. No one's getting arrested for hurting my feelings. They're just people. The LGB is a real movement who want to detach themselves from the TQ. Though it never happens, if someone misgendered me, I'd laugh. Doing that to a man in a dress in New York can land one a quarter million dollar fine.

.

Here's what I see. The US has been run by the most corrupt people for a very long time. But not anymore from what I can tell. 911. An obvious false flag and an excuse to spend trillions on multiple wars, which is profitable for weapons makers.

Curse you Xadem !

.

Now that we're talking about Project 2025 again, my memory is refreshed after looking into it. Here's the first time we talked about it. We wrote about it again elsewhere where I pointed out the Heritage Foundation is simply a think tank comprised of multiple conservative groups.

.. Your memory is "refreshed"?

You claimed this one post ago:

Project 2025 is a buzz phrase created by left wing political media to invoke fear in voters. You only ever heard about Project 2025 from leftists who hate Trump. They did a real number on you, There really is no such thing as Project 2025, it's literally an invention to steer voters.
And now you're switching gears to defend it? What the fuck :D lol

With that I'll ask, what's so fearful about Project 2025 ?

yeah.

thanks for the exposition in double-think; If this is how you form your opinions, why would I even bother? It's so utterly dishonest.

Do you even know how you've lost credibility or is that being pushed into the dissonance chamber too?

agreed cuz nobody here asserted that

You don't need to assume, it's well documented that it's being implemented

crazy how many things can be cleared up with just one google search away

I do think higher taxes on rich are probably a good idea.

Nope. That makes it very difficult to get rich if someone starts rising up from middle class, or even from the gutter.

Higher taxes for the rich = higher taxes+greater expenses for you.

That is...

- Higher prices for goods and services

- With higher prices comes higher sales taxes.

You want rich people to be rich and keep doing what their doing. They create jobs and expand and create more jobs. They give the most, pay more taxes than you do, (unless their paid in assets).

Now I'm not saying everyone is the same, or you in particular Cav, but I find these days when people are all for hiking taxes on the rich, it's out of resentment.

I don't mean middle class "rich" or even upper middle class. I'm talking about people with over $20 million net worth (the top 1%). It SHOULD be very hard for them to get richer. Since they don't actually need the money for self sufficiency.

Tax not by net worth, but by how much one makes per year. People with 20 million have been taxed already, and may not make another stash for a few years.

In the US Biden's* proposed tax hike for the rich had a threshold at $400,000 and up.

There's also the Corporate Personhood law that's been around since the 1800's where corporations are treated as people capital gains taxes will apply to them. Taxing business which Ronald Reagan was talking about.

.

The richest people in the world avoid income taxes by not paying themselves with money, but instead they get paid in assets.

They then go to the bank and they take loans and they put up their stocks or whatever assets as collateral, then bank says okay. They get millions or billions in loans, then don't pay it back, the bank acquires the assets. Loans are non taxable.

The ultra rich will do that either once in a blue moon, or, once ever in their life.

Once in 2021 Elon Musk for a change sold 15.7 million shares of Tesla stock for 23.5B.

Paid 46.81% income taxes.

It was actually 11 Billion according to his Grok with detail.

Out of the 23.5B Elon is left with 12.5B in the bank.

Of course to someone like that, it's a joke, and he honestly doesn't have to pay taxes ever again, unless, he does what he did here, and "decides" he's going load up, which he honestly will never have to do ever again.

If the threshold is at $400,000, you're better off not crossing that line unless it's profitable for you to pay the taxes on a higher income.

In the meantime, under this model corporations will be getting tax hikes which again will only go into the cost of production.

You hike taxes on a rich person, or a corporation, their source of income will pay.

Things like this will impact someone like a millionaire OF model, but at the same time the OF platform will get struck too, so the simp will end up paying more anyway. Your, computers or your food, your bills, the ice cream truck, kid down the street had to jack up his prices cause lemons are more expensive, gasoline.

Tax hikes can potentially shrink businesses so in the grand scheme, millions of jobs lost, while millions of jobless people are being poured into an increasingly expensive economy.

We see people crying about taxing the rich, or the rich receiving tax cuts while ignoring everyone getting tax cuts too. THAT, is how you jump start an economy, cause when people have more money to spend and prices will be better, and more expansion for business, which means more jobs. The government benefits from lower tax rates. Look at

Canada under Trudeau. People are still struggling, property is through the roof, the CAD is $0.73 to the USD. Compare that to when Stephen Harper was in power and Canada ranked higher than the US for living. Canadians even had longer lifespans, though I find it hard to imagine it's like that now.

.

Watch this now.

You see that, whatever they say. She wanted to raise taxes on the middle class, said it in front of a bunch of University students who are in debt with loans and expected to one day BE the middle class....

And they cheer for it !

I believe at the time Warren Buffet was the 3rd richest man on the forbes list, and there she is being compliant to a big doner.

There's undeniable evidence for anyone who wants to take a deep look that capitalism increases wealth. The freer the market, the more wealth is generated.

So capitalism=good.

However, the problem I see with capitalism is that it creates also many problems which are equally undeniable. There are companies that do anything to succeed. This led to, historically, folks dumping all the waste in the sea (cheaper), to global warming (cheaper), and to generally fucking people up (cheaper).

There's a counter balance to these things, but there are still countless companies that prey on people's addictions (McDonald, tobacco companies, the mobile phone gaming industry). All of these generate swathes of wealth, and feed social inequality.

The current way to fix things is to add regulations to patchwork capitalism. However, money will always find a way, so there are always more regulations. Welcome to European Union, the bureaucratic nightmare capital, where we add regulations on everything, to create jobs.

But where Europe, or some parts of Europe, shine over USA is in social equality. Its a nice place to live because everyone isn't constantly comparing paychecks and professions and judging you because you do something different.
