I see all these marches. Millions of people in Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and probably places I never mentioned all coming out for Charlie. Conservatism and Christianity just leveled up again while the planet sends him off as a legend for generations, laying him next to historical figured who represented hope and change who were also assassinated.
...meanwhile Trump goes on about his new Ballroom whenever Charlie is brought up to him. You'd think he'd try to emphasize this drama more when it'd otherwise serve to bury the Epstein drama, but ever since he began having strokes he's been 'elsewhere' mentally lately.
You're exaggerating and Trump will be speaking at the funeral. Plus he spoke on it.
Seriously though dude how much of his material did you watch? Before his death did he even matter much to you or is this you being a victim of the social trends that follow martyrdom?
You're exaggerating again. Just because I find people celebrating his death despicable, doesn't mean I'm out to get anyone.
I'm not all of a sudden the biggest Charlie Kirk fan, though I'm quite fond of the guy. He was very kind and well spoken. Few months ago a purple haired friend of mine who used to be hardcore liberal showed me how she likes Charlie Kirk, and I was like yeah I know who that is, I get him in my feed all the time, he's mine too.
Too much debate gets boring after awhile.
Your response to that paragraph is way off compared to what I said.
JD Vance declaired war on the radical left, and influrncers like Hassan Piker are going to be in hot water. Same with news outlets and politicians that demonized right wing voters.
Notice how people are already looking towards Vance's input now that Trump is in visibly poor health, people are already getting ready to move on from Trump to Vance with even right wing media showcasing his face during the 9/11 Memorial.
We live in strange times parasocially.
Heh, you're doing it again, as that has nothing to do with what I said.
Looks like you're having knee jerk reactions there. Trump is 79 years old, he could go at anytime. Man's a hero, if Kamala were POTIS tax money would be going to sex changes for inmates and other dumb shit. Lady blew a billion dollars in a year.
Back to Hassan. Even his uncle can't defend him. Twitch is being pressured to cut him loose. They somehow still have him while people got banned for less.
People are radicalized, with nothing good to fight for.
There's already been people here going around and saying weird shit to people from my town, since it's a liberal town in a conservative state, presuming people of the left are 'celebrating' the death of someone they hadn't really been taking seriously in the first place.
The levels of defensive aggression surfacing at the ground level is concerning.
Absolutely. The best thing for you to do is simply not participate and let dumb asses do their thing until it blows over.
I don't think most leftists are happy about what happened to Kirk, and this event caused so many to swing to the right.
But you know what I see coming ? Charlie Kirk The Movie. It'll make big bucks. Hollywood won't make it, or at least not old school Hollywood. Netflix will most likely make a mini series, and someone else will make a movie.
Based on watching how social media is responding to it so far I think it's going to pass in a week or two, but it still could become a step in the ladder toward whatever comes next.
At this point people are more focused on arguing if it has to do with a trans person or not than anything about Charlie Kirk himself. If anything this says more about how jaded people have become; We're moving on from a political assassination fairly smoothly, which culturally is a bit concerning.
People are arguing that you say ?
In this case, the Trans person who was the shooters boyfriend or whatever, came clean.
It crossed my mind to make a fancy abstract CK T-Shirt, but I think it might be a double edged sword selling something so serious for money over his passing.
Enterprising off of another's death in the name of capital does sound a little sinful, agreed.
I don't think it's a sin. I think God wanted all of this to happen, as this event brings people closer to him. People will wear the hats and T shirts to make a statement and I think the Lord wants them to have their time with these things, it exposes wickedness and makes people think while observing. Kirk was a hard Christian.
The down side is it could wreck my shop, from various political perspectives.
Never mix politics with one's own business.
