Decent IQ? You only need an average IQ to become an average SWE, it really isn't that hard, in fact there's definitely people much smarter than you earning less than you - IQ doesn't equal wealth, otherwise we wouldn't have DT and Elon Musk where they are. It's mostly just luck and having a good direction education wise.

I beg to differ on that; Mental stability and IQ tend to work against eachother. There's plenty of smart people who are wicked dysfunctional, and this site's attracted some on the more hyperactive side of things.

You worked on an EVE online project. Um, and but the the expectation was that you would probably require a lot of handholding and a lot of teaching and I haven't had to do that. So, outstanding work uh in that regard, taking the initiative to to learn things that you don't know. Um, none of this was probably very familiar to you. It wasn't even familiar to me when I started here and I had 15 years of of experience. So awesome job taking that initiative and and learning things. You probably know more about mobile than I do now. Um and our plan is to basically make you the product owner for mobile going forward. We have to get through this first little like bump of like writing the ship because the mobile the mobile project was completely tipped over, right?
Um, so the goal is to make you the owner of mobile going forward and make Bob the owner of the silver platform going forward. Um, so that's that's the objective. So there's still going to be a lot of other work we ask you to do that we have on your plate. Um the new integration, you're going to get the new integration because of how successful you were with the last integration.
