it wasn't a free market libertarian making these guys freak out and start killing people. and it wasn't the first time we've had to deal with islamic extremism in the west and it sure wasn't the last. and in fact i went too easy on my last post. i could have brought up the bataclan massacre, or the crocus city hall attack from this year. liberals have a lot of spine about women and secular society, until they're facing across from a muslim immigrant making his woman wear a burqa and calling for sharia law. and many of these people do not see christians as "brothers". they openly call for sharia law and mock christians for not defending their faith in the face of liberalism

Uhh no. I'd rather accept the good atheism has done in accepting reality and promoting advancement even in the face of religious resentment towards us from *any* religion.

There is no good in atheism. It's nothing more than doubt.
Atheism doesn't make one brighter or more creative, and it certainly doesn't produce any guidelines for being a decent human being.
As it is throughout history, a Godless society crumbles and it has to do with widespread practices marked by sin.

What irks me is that you don't seem to care about inequality in Muslim societies. Gay people are stoned, adultery sometimes punishable by death, women are oppressed. Aren't these values abhorrent to the left? Why do you care so much about a religion that hates your existence?
