Interesting thought about fasting. Ive also cut carbs. I felt great at the start, but now that you mention it, today I have stomach ache (I shat blood, that cant be good) and heafache that I initially attributed to stress and burn out. I may not have eaten enough vegetables/fibre.

Ill try changing diet and stop fasting for a while and see.

Thanks..

For the sopranos thing, all my favorite series/movies/books has a memorable scene. Star wars, you know which scene Im talking about. 1984 you know the scene. I was trying to convince myself to watch it, but it sounds like not my cup of tea. I'm not really into slow series that get praised only because of acting or visuals. It needs to leave a lasting impact. That's the rule.

Star trek and blade runner are at the top.

Do you not read faces or something? Could be representative of you having weak mirror neurons maybe.

Star trek and blade runner are at the top.

Blade Runner's good for it's acting and story though.

Star Trek though? Which saga, and if you only meant a movie which one, Wrath of Kahn?

A more accurate comparison for Sopranos would be Game of Thrones though, as Sopranos isn't a movie. You watch shows, right?

Look like I missed yesterday's, whoops.

Not much to report really. Played some games, watched Sopranos, hung out with the critters as I watched deer and birds outside, it's been a laid back October so far.

Tried getting one of my cats a vet appointment today only to hear they're booked clear through November. November

How does that even happen?

I do watch shows.

The star trek next generation is the best one hands down.

Blade runner is good for its acting, but its also memorable. Like tears in the rain, all that. You know what I mean. I didnt mean that acting isn't important, and I am good at reading faces. However, if the show or movie isnt memorable nor has that one scene, it'll always be b rated for me.

Maybe I'll give Sopranos a try.

Daily update is I worked from 8 AM to 4 AM. Now taking a day off to relax.

That can depend on what it is they are getting done for the appointment.  My own have been outward past two weeks from time of booking.  The time seems to be increasing, too.  I wonder if it is in anticipation for people going out of town nearer the holidays or using up vacation time before the snow hits the ground or something.  (Including the vets themselves, that is.)
