Have you ever heard of an Herb called St John's Wart?
I don't like using it that often over how it reduces my focus, but it does have a means of circumventing some problem symptoms if reserved for "bad times".
Despite being an Herb, it can respond oddly to some medications for things like HIV and Aids. If you're on anything you may want to look up how they interact, but if you aren't on any medications then it's a non-issue from what I've seen from others and a few trials with myself.
as much as I resent pharmaceutical medications I am on a few that have helped me but see the "mood stabilizers" and "anti-depressants" those never did and I needed them to work I needed that soo badly from them but they didn't work and that is why I feel resentful towards pharmaceutical drugs and I plan to come off of these few that I am on asap
I might have tried St John's wart I did go through a phase of trying out different herbs and supplements it might be worth trying just to make sure but since I struggle with adhd symptoms yeah that might cause problems but maybe it could be used at nighttime gabapentin has been a go to for relaxing and feeling less depressed so that is one pharmaceutical that I will say is not horrible or disappointing at least for me but I take 600mg usually twice a day that is a somewhat high dose
