My doctor is going to tell me how to get a lawyer to fight my inheritance. I showed my mother an article in the WSJ where they said you ought to have transparency with your Will.
I have been asking my mother to speak to her lawyer for four weeks who happens to be a lawyer of my mom's sister and the lawyer avoided her every time. I couldn't understand why. My mother agreed to make me Executor as I was supposed to be for my dad, so I asked my mother to phone the lawyer to make changes. I was in fact Executor for my dad but when the time came and her dad died (OMG it's so weird I keep accidentally writing in the third person about myself) her sister pushed me over the edge into the hospital I will never forget it. And at the time I wasn't really "ill" I had a 100.3 fever when I was admitted.
But my mom lied to me and told my doctor's secretary that it's my money but her sister is Executor. Her sister is fucking 85 years old. And let me tell you we are wealthy but this family already has money.
They prey on the money of others.
I can't believe my mother lied to me.
And my doctor said don't do anything rash until the weekend we will talk about how to get me a lawyer. Before I got sick in 2021 I was looking into hiring a lawyer.
I need someone to talk to I'm going to lose it.
I wanted to spend money on surgery I don't want to be hiring lawyers.
My life is so bad it's bad enough. I'm already alone not by choice and I will be alone and they will rob me of my dad's money.

fuck the surgery, get a personal trainer. don't use any lawyers involved with family for obvious reasons (conflict of interest) and get advice from a neutral party. also get therapy

The executor isn't the inheritor, it's just the person who executes the wishes of the deceased. And, just guessing but I doubt your family will 'rob' you of your dad's money. They'll probably put it in a controlled trust so it's dolled out in small amounts so you can't do something dumb, like give it away to strangers on the internet pretending to be the person you're obsessed with (or go get a bunch of plastic surgery). If left with your inheritance it will be gone in a flash so they'll protect you from yourself. If you want this to be different you'd have to change what you do, like admit you have a problem, get real help - you'd have to actually let the chapo obsession go for real and prove to them you can be trusted. Maybe ask your doctor for help with that?
