Lower testosterone causes depression.
Higher testosterone causes anger and inadequacy.
Everything in moderation.
Older studies report that while newer studies suggest anger raises testosterone. See the anger raised testosterone, not the other way around. It's a debate.
Care to link your sources?
As for inadequacy, that's a construct based on one's choice. The subject is either rational or not. Just because you are inadequate and even moreso when angry, doesn't mean other men are when they are angry.
Then I suppose there's no reason for you to not take steroids?
Studies indicate that Suicide is associated with lower testosterone.
And yet it's males that succeed at it more, who in general are prone to higher testosterone than women.
Testosterone can be depleted and that happens when men fall down. Men also do kill themselves more. Some women argue we have it easy.
How much of a decrease are you thinking could be done through "Falling Down", in one's T-count?
I would still love to see your data, since you have a habit of making shit up without sources.
Everything I've mentioned is easily available to you with many sources.
I have looked at google and keep finding shit that supports a balance, and plenty that discusses how too much T is bad for you, aka what I've been saying from the start.
This was also discussed in courses I took, and I've had first hand accounts of those poisoned by it.
It's then easy to see how you've made up everything before your last post.
Alright, I am going to post some quick and easy sources, lets see what you do in response:
Signs and symptoms of high testosterone in men:
Men with high testosterone can experience a variety of troubling symptoms and possible health consequences. Excess testosterone can lead to more aggressive and irritable behavior, more acne and oily skin, even worse sleep apnea (if you already have it), and an increase in muscle mass. With too much testosterone pumping through your system, you may have a lower sperm count (due to decreased sperm production) and shrunken testicles. - Everlywell.com
Problems associated with abnormally high testosterone levels in men include:
- Low sperm counts, shrinking of the testicles and impotence (seems odd, doesn't it?)
- Heart muscle damage and increased risk of heart attack
- Prostate enlargement with difficulty urinating
- Liver disease
- Acne
- Fluid retention with swelling of the legs and feet
- Weight gain, perhaps related in part to increased appetite
- High blood pressure and cholesterol
- Insomnia
- Headaches
- Increased muscle mass
- Increased risk of blood clots
- Stunted growth in adolescents
- Uncharacteristically aggressive behavior (although not well studied or clearly proven)
- Mood swings, euphoria, irritability, impaired judgment, delusions
- Harvard Health Publishing
As you can see, the idea of balance is on my side. Men need Estrogen to be able to be within reasonable T-Counts, while your approach risks them undergoing serious damages through T-Poisoning.
