While I doubt that'd be the name for it, it essentially exists. 

They tend to have nurturing and controlling traits while finding themselves otherwise uncomfortable with people of a noteworthy intelligence. Them feeling like they have the upper hand to that degree can give them a sense of comfort, control, and power similar to when a shitty dom has a sub sign a dominance contract. 

It reminds me a lot of the Feeder/Gainer relationship, over the one who feeds the other. 

But again, these people aren't going out and finding literal drooling, helmet-wearing intellectually disabled people. And sapiosexuals aren't lining up for extremely autistic NASA savants. They might like particular traits in people, but not to the exclusion of a physical attraction.

They like intelligence not just IQ in particular, they could be attracted to for example one's social intelligence.
