It's the magical farm of wonder and sunshine.

Swimming and floating around at night, a nice bath if a pool isn't available just sorta submerge yourself for as long as you can hold your breath.

Hot tubs are life

When that doesn't work out for me I schedule a trip up to the farm

...the 'funny farm'?

my advice? show up to work late, cut class, do the wrong thing, be in the wrong places. it sounds like itd do the opposite but trust me, itll loosen you up

I agree, actually.  The vague idea of consequence is often worse than the consequences we face in reality.  I think finding that out first hand is an important thing for everyone to do at some point in their life.

sure keeping things in perspective is important but (I could be wrong) I don't think chimpi is talking about stress in relation to things that would mean his priorities are off, just the ability to actually switch off and relax after working hard and being in a quotas and deadlines mindframe all day

I think he gave us a relatively open-ended question, and this is the answer that's true for me.

That said, I do think this is something generally beneficial to those with anxiety.  Even if consequences aren't at the forefront of one's mind, the notion of their presence is always in the subconscious workings of a high anxiety person, it's the precursor to feeling exhausted by work and life in the first place.
