In the evening?
Day 1: So far no porn, alcohol, or take-away food. I thought I would feel a lot shittier waking up so early and doing exercise, but I surprisingly feel fantastic. The rows were a pain I fucked up the form completely.
I've managed to complete everything else except learning a new thing and I just realized after checking this topic that I've had 9 cups of coffee so far; holding one right now. Not that I couldn't stop myself, but I just forgot I promised myself to stop drinking it. Tomorrow I'll stop.
I drink coffee in the morning and green tea later in the day, which is basically tapering until I drink chamomille in the evening. I have no coffee withdrawals, ever

I knew someone and she'd have coffee in the evening before bed, too. It's bizarre isn't it? She'd sleep quietly and good, and yes it was caffeinated. Her system was just wired differently and she wasn't an anxious person at all either
Also I wasn't expecting a single post here so the 3 pages of posts took me by surprise. You all are so supportive, even if it is just to discuss the pros and cons of coffee.
this isn't about coffee, it's about you. we love you!
