See, people are reasonable.

Reasonable enough to threaten to report people to the disability office for working under the table when the person they are reporting has to do that to afford rent and public transportation...

You're technically committing disability fraud, which takes funds away from those that actually need it.

Nope. You know nothing. I have legit brain damage. There are legal loopholes in the system to make the same amount of money over the table, but I'm ironically to disabled to figure out how.

How does having legit brain damage make it any less fraudulent?

If you're receiving disability, then you should have someone's number to call for matters of your case. It's their job to help sort out the portions you don't understand, so why not use the government rather than con it?

(Disclaimer, this is all fictional and there is no under the table work of any kind or fraud)

I try to call they always say all this shit I don't understand. All I know is I want to eat. My mom called them without my wanting her to pretending to be me for years, and my mom is better at understanding them than me. That's part of the reason I think they don't help me as.much, is because my mom pretending to be me made me look more capable of understanding them then I really am. Also they don't do there jobs. Once I said I might own property in Ohio but was unsure if it was in my name and instead of looking into it they cancelled my entire check for a while til some how something made them have to give me my check back. I later found out the rule is I have to provide proof I own the property, and I even told them I was unsure, but they just assumed the worst. Apparently people with a fourth of an acre of raw land with nothing on it don't need food. The ohio land turned out to not be in my name and something my mom just told me to make me happy. (And also have me help pay for the land at one point) This was yeas ago.

UseIn disability, people who have actual mental disabilities and no real help suffer and are expected to live off nothing, while higher functioning people with "anxiety" or some shit, who find all the legal loopholes get to live the good life, while the lower functioning people struggling to figure it out via under the table work, are shit on. You live with your parents. Your family helps you, and you know how to do things. So of course your confused. There are legal loopholes where I would make the exact same amount of money (legal separation, ebt cash, food stamps, housing assistance, the back to work goodwill program, ect) but I never figure out how to do any of it. I don't see why me having the same amount as someone who crossed there I,s and dotted there t,s is unfair, when we both have the same amount but in different ways. I actually have less than those people. I'm not taking money from other disabled people who had the same amount!  Thoe's people get more than I do! The law is so fucked, that's why there's so many homeless people and shit.

Have BR be your designated guardian or w/e and handle your calls for you. I have a designated person for that on the off chance I need something while I'm too imbalanced to handle it myself.

My mom called them without my wanting her to pretending to be me for years, and my mom is better at understanding them than me. That's part of the reason I think they don't help me as.much, is because my mom pretending to be me made me look more capable of understanding them then I really am.

Explain that to them then.

Also they don't do there jobs.

They will if you ram it down their throats, and if they won't you can call the main line and get it done around them.

You can also report them for otherwise giving an attitude or making the process more difficult.

Once I said I might own property in Ohio but was unsure if it was in my name and instead of looking into it they cancelled my entire check for a while til some how something made them have to give me my check back.

I too have lost a check before, they make mistakes.

It sucks, but then you just need to call them again.

I later found out the rule is I have to provide proof I own the property, and I even told them I was unsure, but they just assumed the worst. It sounds more like you're mad that they confuse you so much, and rather than utilize a system you don't understand you'd rather con it.

Just figure it out then, don't con the government.

If you can figure out math and foraging and shit, I think you can figure out food stamps.

Just work with them, you're only not trying to from figuring in advance that you'll be confused and that it'll fail.

You can sign on a second person to help overlook your stuff, they can even cash your checks for you.

There are other programs idk how to do. Free phone service, free transportation, free school, free phone, free utilities, free electric bill. I get less than everybody who knows how to work the system. I don't take anything from other disabled people, hell the government is spending even less money on me than it would if I knew how to work the system!

Yeah right, repeating yourself isn't an argument tc. Ever time you say "JuSt WoRk WiTh ThEm!" I'm gunna tell you again. Idk how. They don't try to help me understand how either. I can't afford to be homeless for moral fag reasons when some other people in this program who actually work the system are the real con artists, they just don't look like it on paper. Meanwhile I'm trying to eat and everyone is up my ass. If I could do things normally I would. I'm sick of being afraid of losing my home every day.

For now, instead of looking at it all as being too much, you need to have BR call them. When they say only you can talk to them about it, have him put you on the phone to consent for it. They will likely tell you that you'll need to fill out some paperwork, which they will then send in the mail, which when filled out and sent back will allow him to oversee the funds that come to you, do the talking for you on an official capacity, all without it even having to be from the marriage.
