What, Tinder should just take the risk of having a rapist using their app?  People get accounts deleted for a lot less than that.  They don't have the resources to investigate every case, so they're in a situation where they either have to take people's word for it, or face serious legal liability.

tony is correct that it is sad that he can merely be accused and his account will vanish in thin air, his phone number will also not be able to make a new account on a service that is used by many, being deprived only by way of an accusation
