Lmfao fivethirtyeight and Nate are hilarious if you follow their content regularly, they've lost a lot of their magic.
Their political analysis isn't anything spectacular but from what I've seen their modeling seem sound.
Overall I like their methodology as well, but I've been noticing its decline in accuracy.
I'm not really sure why, though.
The political landscape has aggressively changed since Nates golden age predictions so I find that the obvious reason but in so far as not being able to find proper data that compensate for regularity of the skews is weird.
I'm starting to think that all collection methodologies cannot be accurate and as such bad data in is just the norm even if your methodology is sound.
2016 is statistically speaking one of the most interesting elections ever and honestly I hope 2020 is the same given what it can teach us about modeling.
I showed you guys a real poll in 2016. It is the Arizona Freedom Alliance. I can't find the map but it's very accurate to the actual election results that took place months after this poll was created.
When it comes to fake news and fake polls, It's still a tough pill for some of you to swallow, which is why you're easily manipulated by the mainstream, here I see you trying to make sense of why your trusted fake polls are way off. As for actual politics, the typical left wing voter doesn't know them.
Not only will Biden repeal Trump's tax cuts, he will implement higher taxes, ( for everyone considering how he'd undo Trump's tax plan ).
Under Biden, If you make 400k or more a year, You'll be slashed by more than half of what you've made. Better to make less if you can't make 800k or more a year.
