No... size doesn't matter to me anymore~... Eating and training like that is hard on a system... These days I walk for an hour everyday, run 3 days a week (about 30 to 45 min), swim 2 days (again about 30 to 45 min), and I to a "prison" workout Mon through Fri (push ups, crunches, dips, pull ups, planks... a lot of each)... I have not touched a weight since I left the Corps... Diet is closer to about 2K a day now... trying to get down to 175... but I feel good at 182 -185... we'll see...
