Is this a more accurate depiction of your body type?
I used to lift for strength and mass... best results were seen with low reps, high weight done to failure (first set 8 to 10 reps... last set 1 to 2 reps)... you can gain amazing strength and size quickly... however... exhaustion comes more rapidly... and when this routine is done with cardio it can really suck (the cardio)... also leg days were done solo... very heavy... and nearly always ended in vomiting...

Hmm...dive, swim, hike, cycle...whatever is happening with various groups of people. Presently , not up to a few things due to injury and other things on the fly at present...lol...
How is your knee improving?
A lot! 4K + calories a day... lots of chicken and tuna... as much fruits and veggies as I could... peanut butter!... nuts... carbs were all in the morning and mostly whole grain breads and pasta... boiled egg whites out the ass (literally!)... and a couple supplemental shakes throughout the day...
