Schizotypal: Not quite. 
DID: Not to my knowledge. 
Pegging: Yes. 
Suicidal: Sometimes. 
Anorexia: Occasionally when suicidal (I lose weight abnormally fast if I stop eating).

Dx: 

Paranoid Schizophrenia
OCD/OCPD comorbidity
Insomnia
Algolagnia
PTSD in remission

It's old news, but the concern is truly appreciated all the same. What kind of help did you have in mind?

Schizotypal does not exist. It was actually deleted from DSM, but reintroduced after a squabble among the DSM people.

Almost no one gets diagnosed with this. The people called schizotypal are mildly autistic with psychotic traits. That is the whole mystery behind it.

This is a logical fallacy, you can't undermine your opponent based on personal (and irrelevant) facts or opinions. Questioning the reliability of the opponent is a classic move, it's weak. Proves you don't have much to support your argument.
