I read the articles and criteria for diagnosis and well... it's virtually impossible that you would have assessed all of those things without having had him tell you a good bit of that information. The only thing I have observed of him is potential anorexia nervosa, because on my relatable GIF's thread he posted a gif about anorexia. It may of not been about himself, and eating disorders exist as a potential affect under many pd's.

^ the criteria point I'm referring to from the ICD definition of STPD.

These points alone aren't enough for diagnosis, and I don't think I even need to explain why. I recommend you exercise rational thought and logical reasoning skills next time you want to play psychologist.

Another thing is you have to remember is social difficulty very unusual thought processes as well as dressing abnormally.
