You were new to this site too at one point. How would you feel if someone dismissed your opinion based on the number of posts you had starting out? You shouldn't argue the number of posts someone has, you should argue their opinion/point.

The entire purpose of this forum is for debate. Opinionated and argumentative people flock to this place like bees to honey and yet.. you are surprised another person doesn't share the same opinion as you?
Why do you keep talking like you matter? You/Coalition are probably just wing puppets, and you expect people to take you seriously? I can tell you think you're way more important than you really are.

I don't see why the number of posts you have should determine the validity of your opinion. To simply want to dismiss it because that person has less posts than you is lazy and narrow minded.
Neurosis was the first to comment on Primal's number of posts here. Attacked Primal for posting so much in a short timespan (which means Neurosis was present when Primal arrived here, so she's not a newbie). Like Primal has to explain herself to her or smth.

Here is how i see it: The younger you are, the more opportunities you will have to create something of value.
You can rationalize it as much as you want Meta. Truth is, the difference in reaction adult vs kids is entirely emotional. From a purely logical perspective Inquirer is right.
From a cynical perspective, kids are worth less. A 40 yo adult man can be more valuable to society than a kid. Society already invested in the man, the man got educated, experienced, became skilled at something, made a family or could make more kids... A kid is just potential unachieved, while say a brain surgeon is potential achieve. You can get another 4 yo in 4 years, you get another 40yo in 40 years. Still, a lot more people would care about the kid getting killed than about the brain surgeon.

Not really, let say they arent a puppet but a newbie who wants to share their opinion and discuss the topic. To have someone else with a higher post count tell them their opinion doesn't matter because they don't have a higher post count is lazy, rude and immature. It makes you look like you'd only be willing to listen to what other people "on your level" have to say. You miss out on different perspectives when you dismiss others because you think they might be a puppet.
Nice Alena, you said basically all of it. I agree with you on that baby Kiss you . You are not dumb at all, quite smart actually.
You have a point Alena....but in this case...it is weak. The nonstop gas attack of bullshit on SC is unique to SC in several regards and multiple permutations on several themes of the fked up...so...
Generally...I can barely be arsed to give a crap...but when I bother to...rather keep the bullshit to a minimum and discuss facts and reality....leave the philosophical bulltshit and role play to others....for whatever the fuck a person gets out of it...lol...
are.

Actually it was primal that did it first, she dismissed another person on this thread based on post count.
